| "We were met at the property by Margaret she was lovely, really helpful she showed us round and gave us her contact details should we need her during our stay. Our party consisted of seven so one member slept on the bed settee which was very comfortable. We used the Jacuzzi on the lower balcony it was very nice, the sunbeds were comfortable, the table on the upper balcony was very useful for breakfast times, great to sit outdoors. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, as were the bathrooms, towels were provided and bedding. The living area was modern and clean with a lovely dinning table, TV DVD player and two Sofas. The kitchen was modern and clean with enough plates etc We used the pool that is on the complex which we had all to our selves a few times. Golfing facilities looked excellent, the grounds within the complex were well kept with gardeners about most of the time. The area and Villas surrounding this property were all immaculate, the complex was quiet, but around the corner was the beach Amadores which was beautiful with lots of places to eat and drink Bistro Salsa is excellent food run by a fantastic Dutch couple, a short taxi drive away was Purto Rico which also has many places to eat and night life. We can Highly recommend The Best Steak House which is on the second Balcony to the left as you walk through the shopping center. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the Villa, once we made our initial enquiry the owner got back to us quickly and was very helpful with a nice personal touch that made all the difference we wouldnt hesitate to go back again, it was excellent value for money and a pleasure to stay in. We are regular visitors to Gran Canaria and to Anfi Del Mar so the standards we expected"

| "The property was well equipped, clean and comfortable and we had a very enjoyable stay. Margrethe and Andrew took very good care of us, as did all the staff. Wonderful to sit in the hot tub with a glass of wine each evening. The only down side is the closeness of the property to the main road, but this is more than compensated for by the view."

| "The accommodation is well laid out with three good bedrooms, a large lounge/dining area and good kitchen. The upper and lower level terraces overlooking the driving range are excellent with good loungers and receive the sun from early morning to 4pm. Margaret, the representative, was charming and helpful. The restaurant on site provided very good food.
There are some observations and negatives. There is a pool in the complex but it is not designed as a focal point for spending a day relaxing. A car is essential as footpaths are non-existent and the traffic heavy. Our Welcome Pack consisted of a bottle of water. The kitchen was poorly supplied with crockery and the towels were appalling. The jacuzzi was broken during our stay. Margaret did make every effort to get it fixed.
Overall, this is a good property in a quiet location and a small investment in quality towels and some additional crockery and a better Welcome Pack would improve the villa."

| "Description read well appointed and indicated up to 8 persons. This is not the case, very sparse (one kitchen knife !), limited cutlery and plates. Not clean, and required maintenance (jacuzi did not work, no hot water at shower/taps, lights out). Some problems were fixed during stay. Property currently on market by owner so may explain reason for condition. However nice location, with ease of access. Quiet site, except very busy road by side of driving range (view from rear patio).

| "The owner, Andrew looked after us excellently, making us and our baby very welcome. The apartment is gorgeous and in a lovely spot for the sun and a quiet family break - not to mention golf it you are into that!
Would definitely recommend this property and area of Garn Caneria very highly."

| "A well furnished, very large apartment with good, easy access to nearby resorts. The location itself currently has little to offer except a pool, Spar shop and a single restaurant. However, there is extensive on-going building work which will undoubtably result in improved local amenities. The property was immaculately clean and the management team were friendly and helpful. The only criticism would be that there were limited kitchen utensils. However, I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment."

"Villa and location were fine. facilities in the villa were below standard. Light bulbs not working not adequate cutlery. crockery and glassware."

I'm sorry that there were not enough cuttlery etc for you. We did actually go out and buy new things for you during your stay which we hope met your expectations. I'm pleased though that you liked the location and facilities. I'll take another look at the crockery and glassware supplied which is for 6 persons and make sure again that there is enough for you or other guests.
