Mauricio Solana , Canada/Italy/Venezuela/Mexico Every year a group of friends from school gather in a place around the world to enjoy a week and catch up on our lives. This year we chose the Mexican Riviera Maya and decided to rent a house for all of us. We could not believe the serenity and beauty of Playa Paraiso but mostly the house we rented. We enjoyed it so much that nationalities and traditions of all of us were forgotten, we all felt home. The house is full of details, good taste and well thought to provide anything you might need while on vacation. Elizabeth and her team were always available to please us. Playa Paraiso and Elimar Properties are now on our list of favorite places to return.

Eileen Garcia , Chicago, IL We have stayed at Elizabeth's a few times now. What a pleasure to unwind and decopress while being lulled to sleep in the hammock. Paradise Beach is the only place we stay when we visit the Mayan Riv. We are the kind of travelers that enjoy the hubbub of Playa Del Carmen but we definatly prefer the traquility and relative convienence of Paradise Beach. Her property is lovely and easy to locate. Elizabeth is definately a great hostess as well. She lives in the area and so when if there is a concern or desire she is at the ready to address any concerns. My only concern or cautionary note would be to guard your checkbook, you will want to buy something once you see how beautiful this part of Mexico is. I guess that is why it is called Paradise. Cheers and don 't stay too long, its comin' up on my turn to go back for another visit!

We love Playa Paraiso!!!! This is our 3rd time returning. The water and beach are gorgeous. The access to the airport and Playa Del Carmen make it so easy. Playa Paraiso gives us the best of both worlds. We have our own private villa to be together and hang out as a family, and we have access to the Mayan Palace for a change of pace and lots of fun for the kids. Playa Paraiso offers calm, privacy and relaxation. Our Villas, Case De Suenos I and II, were a fantastic option for us. We traveled with our 3 children and my parents. Renting both units gave us plenty of space and room to spread out. The kids loved the fun colors of the units. Our every request was tended to and we were treated wonderfully. We have traveled extensively, and this is the only area we have ever really considered buying property because of all it offers. We have vacationed with the kids for 11 years, and this is by far the best area we have found. Tracey Striley Cincinnati, Ohio 04/09/08

We satyed at Casa de Suenos for a week over the Christmas holidays and everyone in our family thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Our group consisted of 12 people, 7 teenagers and 5 adults. We loved the privacy that we had at the house as well as having 2 resorts within walking distance. The pool area was awesome for cooling off on the hot afternoons or for playing a game of cards in the evenings. The private beach was a very short walk and we only had to share it with one other family at any time that we were there. It was very clean and great for swimming and body surfing. The house was amazing and had everything that we needed. It was very clean and well taken care of. There was lots of room for the 12 of else and having so many bathrooms was awesome, even with 7 teenagers. The location of Casa de Suenos was ideal. Not a very long drive from the airport or into Playa del Carmen. Eli and her staff were amazing. She helped us with arrangements before arriving in Mexico and during our stay. She was like our own personal travel agent and her efforts certainly made our family vacation a very memorable one. We can't wait to go back to the Mayan Riviera and Casa de Suenos.

We have travelled to Mexico numerous times. We really enjoyed our stay. Eli and Paulina took very good care of us. The house had lots of room and was clean. Any concerns we did have were looked after quickly. Having Paulina do the shopping made things easier for us. We enjoyed the option of going to the resorts on either side. We are very spoiled at home with the quality of our water so that is always an adjustment when traveling to Mexico. Having said that, we appreciated having the bottled water in the kitchens. It was nice to plan our excursions while not paying all inclusive fees. Getting around without a car was manageable and not too expensive. The ocean looked like it would be good for snorkling but it was quite windy so we played in the waves instead.
