| "The Pilatus studio apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The young couple who manage the property are excellent components of this experience. We were offered the use of binoculars during our stay, and felt they go beyond the normal requirements of "staff". We appreciated their professional but kind and attentive service during our stay - and that always goes a long way, doesnt it?
My only negative comment is about the mandatory insurance being levied against possible breakage and damages by renters. I felt our extra charge should not apply if everything is left the way we found it. I should think most people are quite respectful of other peoples belongings - and it seems we are penalized for the few that are not.
