"Hello Carlton,
A brief note to say thanks for making our first visit to Barbados such a memorable experience! The villa and pool
were fantastic and having the car was an added bonus. Jamestown Park is ideally situated on and the car allowed
us to explore other parts of the island in comfort.
We had a wonderful time and we have been heartily recommending it to all our friends. The only problem is that the
children are now asking for a pool in the back garden! I have promised them that we are already making plans to
return to Barbados for our next holiday!

We arrived home safe and sound, just 30 minutes delay, landed to sunny weather, but now it’s gone cloudy and
looks like rain.
Hope you okay, it was really lovely staying in your villa, we will recommend it to our friends, and you made us feel

"Hi Carlton
A quick note to thank you for our great holiday in your villa. Have been meaning to send this for days. We're well
and truly back in what is for us "the real world" returning to lots of rain and even a summer storm last week which
left us without power for 6 hours! Good old British summer. I guess you had noticed the weather affecting the
Cricket back here!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Jamestown and would recommend it to anyone my eldest brother is quite keen
and may be in touch in the future. Good luck with the future marketing of your villa, don't forget to mention the
monkeys,mango tree and humming birds to you it's all very normal, to most people it's very exotic and may sway
the decision in your favour. The whole island has a unique charm that obviously draws people back time and
again, I'm sure this is due to the amazing friendliness and warmth of the people as much as anything else. Long
may it continue.
You may have noted that I had left some black tape on some of the light switches! There seem so many that it was
the only way I could remember which ones to leave on!
It was nice to meet some of your family, give our regards to Joy, Serena and Hazel with whom we had some great
chats but I must admit I struggled a couple of times with her strong local accent!!

Carlton, simply an amazing villa and experience! So quite at night and peaceful during the day with all the
amenities you could possible desire to make your vacation perfect. My girlfriend has requested a return in 2007
for our wedding and honeymoon (I think she was impressed). Everything is within reach and Mom (the maid) has
been adopted by us all. Everything is so clean and functional and we were always amazed how the pool and
gardens are kept so well yet we never saw anyone during our stay. We look forward to returning in the very near

We cannot believe that it almost 4 days since we got back to the UK. I can
still see myself walking round to the pool for my early morning dip! But
hey, I suppose all good things must come to an end, and in leaving it has
made us as determined as ever to get back over to Barbados again as soon as
possible.
On behalf of all of us, I want to thank you for everything laid on for us,
from the taxi at the airport, to the car hire, and obviously the fabulous
villa. Although the pictures on the web site were very good, we were all
blown away by the luxury and spaciousness of the villa, the wonderful
gardens and the relaxing pool. Even if we had tried we could not have picked
a better place to stay for our holiday, access to the beach, and location in
relation to the rest of the island. Everything was perfect.

We thought that it won't be possible to beat our last year's holiday in your villa - we had such a brilliant time last time.
You proved us wrong. I cannot express in words how immensely we have enjoyed every minute of our stay in your villa this year. The villa, gardens and the swimming pool (we are missing it so much...) are superb - we had absolutely brilliant time and came back to the UK completely detoxicated. Thank you ever so much for everything. Please pass our regards to Ryan - he is so dependable - and Faye too - she is brilliant and we enjoyed talking to her very much.
Barbados is a truly magical place. There are many other beautiful places in the world however Bajan people make your island very special. We can't wait when we come back to your little piece of heaven again.

"We have just returned from a week in this villa which was wonderful and just as described on the website - modern, clean and in a great location. The pool was kept beautifully clean and is totally private - perfect for relaxing in the Barbados sunshine! Carlton, the owner, was incredibly helpful arranging airport transport, car hire & answering our little queries, all making the holiday very enjoyable.
Nearby are some lovely restaurants on the beach, a supermarket, boutique shops and coffee shops. Within a short drive, the Concorde Exhibition and Barbados Nature reserve shouldn't be missed - both a big hit with the kids.

"We've just returned from our holiday at the villa and had such a wonderful time. All our needs were met and our expectations surpassed!
The kids couldn't get enough of the pool which was a great size and provided hours of entertainment. The villa itself was very comfortable and well laid out, with great air-con, and in the most perfect location. We've been to the island before so we knew roughly where we wanted to be, but it was great being able to walk to the supermarket, restaurants and the beach if you wanted.
We also enjoyed watching the green monkeys every morning, the humming birds, horses and even the evening bats which all visited the quiet residential location.
It was a great bonus to have the internet facilities as well, which enabled us to research local facilities and attractions - our favourites were the wildlife sanctuary, bathsheba on the east coast, and we even visited the excellent concorde exhibit.
There was lots to see and do, and of course the glorious beaches on the west coast! We snorkelled with turtles right off the beach in front of the Treasure beach hotel!
Carlton was a pleasure to meet and thoroughly professional. The car hire provided by carlton was great and he even arranged pick-up and dro p-off at the airport for us.
We would love to return to the villa in the future as we love Barbados and the accomodation ticks all our boxes for a great family getaway, and we can't think of anything more we'd want.

"Photographs are accurate. Villa was great. Very clean. Furnishings and fittings such as computer, stereo, ipod dock etc all great. Also a car to hire on the property if needed, which is also a nice touch. Pool is superb for a morning and afternoon swim. We had a little brithday pool party and BBQ one afternoon/ evening and it was excellent.
The only thing I would mention is that it is about a 5 minute walk to the beach, though you can't get any closer than that unless you stay in a hotel on the beach.
The town and restuarants are also only a 5 minute well lit walk away in what felt like a very safe area.
So in terms of rental villas, I'm not sure there is much to beat it.

"My partner and I, with my two daughter aged 16 and 18 visited in July 2008. The villa is wonderful, clean, spacious with everything you need- particularly computer with internet access which the girls loved to keep in contact with friends! Road is very quiet and just a short walk from Holetown and a lovely beach near The Colony Club.It was great to watch the monkeys in the mango tree, have hummingbirds visit the patio. The bus trips are epic, girls loved the yellow reggae buses, but we also hired a car for few days. Make sure you do the Island Safari, Harbour Lights, Oistins fish fry and mostly-Tiami trip. Our favourite restaurant was Champers at ChristChurch, Tides in Holetown is a special one too. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming-Its my second visit to Barbados and it just gets better and better and this is a lovely place to stay"

"Hi Carlton, a HUGE thanks to you, Mark, Troy and Fay for making us feel so welcome during our stay. Your villa exceeded our expectations as did your hospitality and that of Barbados and it’s people as a whole.
The villa was exactly as described in the advert, it was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Our favourite area (obviously) was the pool and patio/gardens. The pool was cleaned daily and the Gardens were beautifully maintained. We were even fortunate enough to see a Monkey and the Humming Birds. Our boys really enjoyed talking to Troy while he cleaned the pool and they loved the coconut water he kindly extracted from some coconuts he brought over.
The proximity to the local shops, restaurants and beaches is ideal. We would recommend the submarine trip (expensive but well worth it !!) and a trip to the Brazilian restaurant at Bagatelle Great House. In fact there is just too much to recommend !!
This was our first holiday in Barbados and we had an absolutely fantastic time. We were sad to leave and all feel we left a small part of our hearts in Barbados when we left.
Thanks again for making our holiday such a special one and we will be sure to be in contact for our next Bajan holiday.
Your villa and the service you provide is second to none and we will be sure to recommend it.

"This was our second visit to this wonderful villa,and everything was just as described location facilities layout but what was a great extra from our last visit was internet facilities and computer my grandson was delighted. Carlton once again was wonderful and also arranged our hire car waiting on the drive for us, he does without doubt offer a great customer service nothing was to much trouble to ensure that we had everything possible at our finger tips. Faith our daily maid was a great help perfect she works so hard.Holetown has so much to offer excellent restaurants all within 5 mins walking distance.. good supermarket garage and fast food take aways if you fancy a KFC around the lovely swimming pool.Whatever you do pack lightly as washer and dryer and ironing is so easy and if you dont want to do it Faith will worth paying her she is a diamond. I have stayed in lots of Villas around the world but i have to say and our return trip proves just how lovely the accomodation is without a doubt one of the very best on the island..beds are comfortable and the sofas in the lounge just wrap around you.. a huge plasma tv with all the channels you could require.Are conditioning in every room keeps the villa at a ideal temp out of the hot sun. I could go on and on about this villa but i think i have told you what is important for you to have a wonderful holiday enjoy the Bajon hospitality they will do everything possible to ensure your stay is just what you expect.
