| "We found this a great family place to stay in Crete. It was in easy driving distance of the main attractions we wanted to see in this part of Crete such as Chania, Elephonisi, and Samaria Gorge. A little bit difficult to find at first, especially arriving at night. Apartment is sited with a great view of the grounds and pool. Grounds are thoughtfully and artistically landscaped with paved walkways around the pool, and with ample loungers and seating areas provided in a mixture of picturesque tree-shaded and open grass sunny areas. Pool is huge by average villa standards. Allows serious swimmers room to train, as well as providing shallow areas for toddlers to play in. Advise supervision of toddlers at all times however because it is very deep outside of toddler areas. Villa has adequate accomodation for family of 2 adults and 1 or two children. Thoughtfully equipped with most creature comforts such as aircon in bedrooms, washing machine, water chiller. Also space and easy access for one car immediately outside. Could also comfortably accomodate 4 adults (2 couples). Villa has covered veranda overlooking grounds and pool. Great area for eating and evening relaxation. Owners are resident friendly family, with an interesting selec tion of pets for children to meet. Always on hand for assistance if required. Sprinklers on time switches throughout grounds can take you by surprise in the afternoon, again providing children with much amusement... Make sure your camera remains under cover! We would most definitely go back if visiting this part of Crete again. Top marks!"

| "We have returned here every year for 5 years and have always been reluctant to go anywhere else, especially the children.
The villas are clean and spacious, the gardens are lovely full of plants and herbs, which is helpful when cooking, if you dont want to go into Chania to the many lovely restaurants.
Ian and his family are always on hand to help in anyway they can to make your stay more comfortable.
The pool is large and clean, there are plenty of sunbeds, you are not restricted as you maybe in small hotels, apartments etc as there are only 3 villas. It is also very private if you want to be.
The location is perfect for getting to some lovely beaches, Marathi, Kalathas and Geourgioupolis. Chania Town and Souda Bay being a short drive away and we would recommend a car. You can drive into the mountains and have easy access to the main highway. There is a fantastic Grand Prix Go Kart circuit and a Waterpark about a 25min drive away.
We feel this offers value for money, my children dont ever want to go anywhere else and if rest and relaxation is what you need, then you will find it here, your children will be safe in the grounds as we overlooked the pool area.
We are leaving for Crete in 4 days and cant wait and we will book again with our friends for next year."
