| "The property itself was excellent, spacious and well maintained. The only very slight criticism was that the table and chairs on the balcony were in need of a good clean or replacement.
The Mareverde complex itself is rather grey and concretey, but at the price charged it is certainly good value for money.It is well positioned for the centre of Torviscas.
I cannot comment as to whether I was well looked after, because I never needed to contact anyone.
I would rent the apartment again."

| "studio clean and neat but sparsely furnished. Lots of steps on the complex. For somewhere to sleep for two people the price was good. Organisation of key collection and transfer from airport very good.
This is the very first time we have independently found accommodation for holidays and we had high expectations but felt the complex was a little bit dated."

otherwise everything stated is correct
I loved it the wife had trouble with the steps because she has artheritus but for that it was very good anyway i would go again anytime"
