| "The property was all I expected it to be the house was clean, fully equipped and spacious. Ten family members shared the house from ages 15 to 70 (we went especially to celebrate my mums 70th birthday which we shared whilst out in Portugal) - she loved every single moment of our holiday...she even cooked for us a few times with pleasure!
The house easily accommodated all 10 of us without any of us feeling we were on top of each other...everything stated in the description was correct except of course the distance from the marina and the beach...but even then if they were talking driving distance then they were correct...however the walk was approx 12 minutes and it did those not use to exercise some good!
Yvonne, the landlady, met us on our first morning and saw to all our needs she is a very friendly, helpful and lovely lady.
As our family have big personalities and can be quite boisterous at times of enjoyment (and the odd contention) we met with a few complaints but nothing in the end that spoilt our joy...and hopefully none of the residents!
I would thorougly recommend and would easily stay there again if I chose to travel to the Algarve in the future...God willing!"

| "We have recently had a fantastic 11 nights at this property and would highly recommend it. The complex is well maintained and there are a selec tion of bars and restaurants to choose from if you dont want to go to the Marina every night. There are 3 pools to choose from which do charge for sunbed use which we thought was bad but this is nothing to do with the villa owner and we were advised of this prior to going. The villa itself was superb - very clean and had everything you could need. The villa will comfortably sleep 10 although we only had 8 people in the end. Yvonne, the owner is extremely friendly and helpful, the welcome pack is a nice gesture and very useful to get you started. Would definately come again. Thank you very much Yvonne!"

| "The only area could improve this property would be the addition of Air conditioning. I would hesitate in booking again in the month of July & August as the weather is very hot then and to sleep comfortable I would need A/C."

| "the property was of excellent standard i took 9 family members with me and you didnt feel you was on top of each other it had all you needed like home from home with a welcome pack on arrival i was very pleased i will be going back the old village is also well maintained with plenty of places to eat out we all had a brilliant time and the oldest of the group was 86 year old all in all fab"
