| "I took my little boy on his first holiday abroad and we stayed at this property with my boyfriend and his friend.My son absolutley loved it and so did we.I cannot fault anything about our stay. I can certainly say that the appartment was spacious,there was plenty of room for us all,with a balcony upstairs and a front terrace downstairs.The apartment is in a perfect position with the balcony looking onto the one of the pools which looks outstanding on an evening and throughout the day as the weather is so warm.it is an excellent place to take children as it is in a fairly quiet resort but there is plenty to do,also you have las americas,los cristianos,water parks etc near by if you want to go to the busier areas.
I didnt want to come home.the staff who work on the palms are friendly and the pools are clean and child friendly.I am hoping to go again with my son,boyfriend etc as soon as we can afford it. I would stay in the same appartment again without a doubt."

| "Disappointed! Disappointed on arrival at the front door, even worse on entering. This property is new to the rental market having been empty for a long time and it shows. However even though it is run down you can accept that if its clean. The floors were dirty, you couldnt see through the glass tables, there were other peoples things left in the apartment, rubbish under the furniture where it hadnt been cleaned properly. The patios and patio furniture were filthy and there was no way to clean them. Basic things were missing like shower curtains and tea towels. I have stayed in the palms before, unfortunately the apartment we usually rent was booked and we made the mistake of booking this one. This one is desperate for some TLC and until it gets it i would avoid it. The complex itself is great though with really good facilities to ensure a good holiday especially for children. Pool areas very well kept and whole complex very attractive with easy access to the marina and san blas. Recommend the Terrace Bar in Amarilla on Sundays at 4pm, live bands, bbq and bouncy castle for kids and all with sea views."
