| "I had problems finding this property on Google-Earth, and no wonder, its new. I had booked this for myslef and my partner, but due to unforseen problems at home I ended up on my own. To say that the property was well proportioned would be an understatement. I felt that it was even too big for just myself. The furnishinga and equipment were first class and the finish was excellent. The patio doors from both the bedroom and living room opened straight onto the balcony, which was large enough to have a dozen or so people on it without any problems. There of couse were the minor niggles, like no soap or things like J-cloths. Rectified by a quick trip to the supermarket. But the TV was the biggest bug bear, it was mostly setup for near east satellite channels, great if you speak Arabic.
I did get caught out on my first day, within 1 hour of arriving I locked myself out. I finally got hold of the agaent, who had me back in within 20 minutes or so, cost 85 Euros though, so beware of the self closing front doors.
Its about a 5 minute walk to the main Nissi beach, which does get packed, however if you walk further, or drive there are a lot more quieter ones in the area, or even further afield.
If i had to come here again, I would definitely put these apartments at the top of my list."

| "Apartment was lovely, spacious and clean and had sun on the balcony from around 10.00am until the sun went down. Only 5 minutes walk from the the best beach in Ayia Napa - Nissi Beach. Lots of restaurants a short walk away but plenty more in the centre (a 5 minute bus/taxi ride away). Ideal for those who want to stay in a quiet area of Ayia Napa with the nightlife easily accessible if wanted or easily avoided if not! Would definitely recommend."

| "We really enjoyed out stay the apartment was beautiful but the pool is kind of small.If you are looking for a quiet holiday i would recomend this place, but if like some you are lookin for a party holiday i woulnt recommend it as it is a 10 min walk to the square or €8 in a taxi(i know 8 isnt much but it add up to a lot in the end)"

| "The apartment exceeded all our expectations. It was spacious, quiet, nicely-illuminated, well-furnished and contained all the comforts we could want.
Nissi beach is within walking distance, as well as a number of shops, bars and restaurants.
We will definetly return in the future and recommend this to our friends and family.
The only minor complaint we have is with the booking system, which claimed the reservation would be held for 24 hours but delet ed it after 4 (which meant we had to re-do the reservation and booking)."
