| "Considering that most resorts are extremely expensive, this is a good value for the money. Having a kitchen definitely saves money on food. The pool and grounds are well kept for, and the staff are attentive to your needs. We used this apartment as a base for touring Egypt, and the Hurghada area served well for that purpose.
However, it seemed that there was frequently an issue with the apartment. We lost our water twice, power once, and the satellite signal for three days. This was only the amenities that we noticed while we were there during our two weeks (we took several trips out of town).
If I were to do it again, I would probably still rent this apartment over a resort however, just be prepared for slight imprefections in your holiday. If you expect it, it may not be such a shock when it happens. Just have your swim suit ready for when the power goes off, as your alternative is to go swimming."
