| "We had a really good holiday at this villa. The owner was very helpfull from the start, he would email me straight away with any questions I had and he also gave me lots of information before we actually went. I was very satisfied with the service provided by the owner.
The villa was very spacious with lovely views from the balconey. The only downfall about the property was that there was no airconditioning in the bedrooms and it got quite hot up there, maybe a few fans would have done the job. Apart from this minor mishap I would recomend this villa to anyone looking to book a family holiday as we had a wonderfull time there.
This villa is definately great value for money."

| "This is a nice villa in a really good location if you want a quiet getaway. It is basically furnished and the beds are comfortable, but the air con only works downstairs and the bedrooms are therefore hot, especially as the mosquito screens on the first floor are missing. The regular spraying didnt stop them from eating me! It is in need of some updating and has been used by a lot of smokers. (As it is residential, there are local dogs that bark sometimes! And we loved hearing the Mullah every day and the visiting melon seller.) The Turkish locals on the estate were really friendly, expecially when we made an effort and learned a few words. The cheap buses go into town, or further out, every couple of minutes and are only a minutes walk away so getting into the bustling town is easy and convenient if you need the bright lights. The restaurants will offer taxis if you wish. If not, there are a few good restaurants in easy walking distance and a big Tescos (Kipa) only a short bus ride away for supplies. The narrow sandy beach is just a short walk away. There are lots of other beaches to explore around the town - check out the website. Recommend Millipark - the national park where there are 3 very different beaches (reached by bus from outside also) all wild and uncommercialised, patrolled by rangers on horseback and home to wild boar. Beautiful!
We visited Ephesus (you can do this by bus or pay a lot more and see a few extra ruins on a tour) and Pamukkale (spectacular hot springs and ruined town - inland by tour only - but definitely worth it). The boat trips are fun.
We had a fantastic holiday - hope you do too."

| "Once again another perfect stay at this lovely villa. Everything was perfectly clean and well kept, new kettle toaster etc, the installation of a new key safe a wonderful idea! allowing me to go to the beach without worrying about losing the key! Also the owner kindly left some tea bags and biscuits so much appreciated after a long journey :) I cant wait to come back again later in the year, such value for money id go every month if i could!"

| "This is one of the best private villas I have stayed in, everything was beautifully clean and in very good condition, the furnishings were very nice and all electrical appliaces worked perfectly. The villa is in a lovely spot quite quiet but within very short distance to the beach and bars and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay very much and as well as recommending it to friends I am going back again this year, and i cant wait!"

| "The Villa was perfect, we stayed for 2 weeks in July, and had a wonderful time. Its in a nice quiet area , close to the beach, all amenities are within a short walking distance.. getting into town was no problem as the Dolmus passes by every couple of minutes.. The house itself can sleep 8 comfortably and is so well equipped with DVD player, play station etc, it certainly kept us entertained on nights in.. The owner Brian was a pleasure to deal with and was always only too happy to answer questions etc. I would highly recommend and would go so far as to say I would happily book it again for my next trip to Kusadasi"

| "my friend and i recently stayed at this villa . we found the owner to be very friendly and helpfull with great communication . The villa was clean spead over 3 floors 2 large balconies. it had aircon, tv, dvd , cd player, all cooking and crockery items . iron and ironing board washer fridge cooker .Overall we was happy with the villa and would rent it again somehow we managed to lock ourselves out but after a call to the owner he arranged for someone to come to our rescue.this person was also very friendly and helpfull.Thankyou"

| "we stayed in this villa for a week last july. there were 9 in our party so we all wanted to be together, there was fantastic amount of space here with 4 bedrooms and one on the couch (which he said was very comfy!!)we had the best week. the villa is on the dolmus route so you never have to wait more than 5 mins to get to kusadasi centre. the neighbours were lovely and theres a good t.v and music centre in the living room. brian johnson (the villa owner) was a pleasure to deal with and bent over backwards to accomodate us. the only draw back was that the pool was not finished but it will be by now. we would stay here again."
