| "We found that a car was needed for absolutely everything even going to the shops as the roads were so steep. The accomodation itself was, on the whole as per the photograph on the website. But, we had to clean the apartment on arrival as it did not appear that it had been done prior to this. Shutters were not closed so, as it was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning in the apartment it was very, very hot in the apartment when we got there. Some of the glasses in the kitchen were broken and lots of food left in the fridge and freezer which was off that, obviously, had to be thrown away. The complex itself was ok but we noticed that there was broken glass on the steps leading from the outside gate. This was there from our third day and was still there when we left. Also, in a complex of 70 or so apartments the sunbed loungers amounted to a staggering 14!!! Not good if, as when we were there, there was a lot of the apartments full. During our stay, we saw no-one after the initial handing over of the keys (which took place on waste ground just off the motorway) apart from a 3 valuers who came during our stay as the owner is selling the apartment!!! We did ask that this should not take place but the owner stated that " we will lose the sale if we have to wait until after yiou leave and that completion had been delayed so that they did not have to cancel our booking". We had been advised of some crime in the area so had to rearrange our day so we could let them in as we would not have let use their keys despite the owner advising that they were trustworthy. | "Quiet area, good views over golf course. Nice clean comfortable apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Pool area was 2 minute walk away. Beaches not too far away. Will be considering going back next year as there is a lot more of that part of Spain to see"

"Very clean with a good view overlooking the golf course.
Well equiped kitchen.
The access roads are very narrow and windy making driving a bit of a nightmare.
Agents very friendly and offered good advice."

We are pleased to report that the access roads have now been resurfaced and with the new street lighting, road markings and street signs driving is now straightforward.

"Enjoyed our stay at Mirador de Miraflores as the property is of a very good standard. I would recommend that car hire is essential as it is slightly away from any amenities.
My husband particularly liked the view from the balcony overlooking the golf course and spent many a happy half hour watching the golfers.
The pool area was very nice and uncrowded.
I think that next year the apartment will really come into its true potential when the building works opposite are finished.
I particularly liked the view of mijas which you could see quite clearly from the balcony.
The gardens were very nice and i found the property felt safe and secure.

| "Beautiful appartment with lovely views. Very clean & quiet. Would need transport to get to La Cala (Approx 4km) but taxi service cheap and reliable. Debra (owner) was very helpful in making sure the stay was excellent. Will definately return next summer"
