| "All the instructions from Toni were really clear and definitely made the arrival easy. Directions to the villa werebrilliant, it was very easy to find and straightforward. Apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. Perfect location to explore Marbella or surrounding areas. Would recommend to anyone who reads this. It made the perfect winter escape from the cold of England! Being on the top floor was a bonus as it was quiet and the beautiful sun terrace on the roof made the perfect place to sit in the evening. We shall be returning."

| "The apartment was very clean. We really enjoyed the benefits of having a roof top terrace and the pleasant views. It was well situated for access to Puerto Banus and the gardens were well manicured with exotic plants. Altogether a lovely retreat especially at the end of a day of sightseeing."

| "What a wonderful holiday me and my family had at Toni's apartment. The apartment itself was well equipped and stylishsly decorated. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Many of the other residents either own their properties or rent the same apartment each year. There was a real sense of community and despite it being our first year, we were warmly welcomed. The children made numerous friends and were well looked after by everybody. I have to thank Toni for the good communications and the wealth of information she provided prior to our holiday. Without doubt, we will be returning next year."

| "The appartment itself felt like a home from home. The general grounds of the complex were absolutely beautiful, as we took a walk around them every night. We also felt very safe as there were security guards on the complex. Everything even to the last detail was perfect - Toni had provided an instruction booklet that had everything that you could ask for in it. I can honestly say that this appartment has definetly contributed to the best holiday that my family and I have ever been on. We look forward to booking for next year. I would definetly recommend it to my other members of my family and to my friends. Thanks very much for everything."

| "Beautiful spacious appartment. Close to amenities and beach. Views of the mountains from the balcony. very comfortable beds and furniture. Easily enough space for 4 and would be adequate room for 6. We have been renting properties for years in Europe and I think this apprtment was as good as any and better than most. Highly recommended. Only negative point was the clubhouse. It was expensive and rarely open when we were there.(early season)"

| "toni, thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment. We were so cosy, like home from home. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated, I would recommend it to everyone! The complex was absolutely perfect for our winter break, so well kept and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed the tennis and meeting a few other english holidaymakers. Everything about this booking has been straight forward and first class. Would definitely like to book again in the future with you. Thanks for the directions and all the help you have given us, you have a truly lovely holiday home, very modern, pristine condition and fantastic setting. Thanks again, Julie, Dave, Lorna and Chris."
