Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa.It was a fantastic experience for all the family. The weather wasnt that kind to us as we had some particularly nasty storms.We were trying to find the villa in rain so heavy that all the cars were crawling with their hazard lights on!
Never mind, we enjoyed the break. Thank you.
I would like to add that on your restaurant list you have under estimated - the Olive Garden! A fantastic meal ( so good that we had at least 4 visits in the 2 weeks). Bread sticks to die for!

Your home is gorgeous and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We plan to go back to Florida with more of my family towards the end of July/ beginning of August and hope to stay again if available.

We have just returned from a week`s holiday in your lovely Florida home. What a beautiful, spacious, luxurious house - we didn`t want to leave.
Our daughter chose the master bedroom with the lovely bathroom and a closet she adored.
After a busy day out it was a joy to return `home` and relax in your pool -our grandaughter enjoyed that bit the best.

"The villa was ideal for our party and in a great location for all of the amenities we needed from all of the main theme parks, to the shops and local tourist spots. It's close to the main roads but far enough away to be quiet and undisturbed. However, we had a treat to a frog chorus every evening at around 10pm from the lake close by - which was loud but thankfully didn't last all night!!
The swimming pool and games room was a welcome relief on the odd day or two we chose to chill out from the hussle and bussle of the parks and heat. The only problem we had was the pool wasn't clean and it took us some time (almost a week) to both get hold of the agency and for them to then come out and clean it.
However, the specification of the villa was great and as described and was more than comfortable and spacious for us to live in for the fortnight.
We would definitely use again.
The only downside was that in the second bathroom, there was no anti slip mat in the bath for the shower and two members of our party had a fall (one of whom knocking themselves unconscious for a short time) and I would strongly recommend great care is taken when using it.
Prior to departure the owners couldn't have been more helpul and responded quickly to any questions we had - no matter how trivia.
An exhausting and fun packed fortnight - our only regret was we hadn't booked 3 weeks!!

Thank you for taking the time to add a review of your stay at my villa.
I'm so sorry about the problems you had with the pool. This is very unusual and was actually due to my management company having to change the pool cleaner as their regular pool cleaner decided to leave at short notice. When we arrived ourselves, just after you in fact, we weren't pleased with our pool maintenance either as the new pool guy just wasn't up to scratch. We decided immediately to employ an independant pool cleaner, not connected to our management company, as we felt this was in our and our guests' best interests. This has so far worked excellently.
I have also now provided a bath mat for inside the bath in the 2nd bathroom as I really don't want any guests accidentally slipping in future! I have never had this happen before so I'm very sorry it happened to you.
I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay at my villa and thank you for pointing out about the pool etc; It is good that I am told about things that are not quite right as I can then ensure that any problems are resolved as quickly as possible.

| "Fantastic villa, extremely spacious. The owners thought of every possible thing to make our holiday feel like a home from home. The location of the villa is excellent, as other people have already said it is away from the hustle and bustle but also close enough to the major theme parks. We only had one slight problem and that was with the toilet flusher in the main bathroom, however we made a phone call to Carmen (the maintenance company) and they sorted it out very quickly which we thought was pretty amazing. Carmen even rang us half way through our holiday to ask if we were having a good holiday and if we had any problems, great service!!
All in all we couldn't have wished or dreamed of a better holiday home for our first visit to Florida. We found ourselves referring to the place as 'home' almost instantly, the kids even learned to swim. Congratulations on a very accurate portrayal of your home, not very often you get what it says on the tin!!

| "The property was excellent, far bigger than we thought and the games room and pool were a big hit after a long day at the theme parks.
We arrived on Christmas day a couple of hours after the allowed time of 3pm and the management company were there clearing up. Unfortunately their cleaner had rung in with a domestic problem and they had to prepare for our arrival. They were very apologetic, did a good job and got out of our way very quickly, they even gave us an amount of dollars for compensation.
Having the lake behind us meant we had lots of privacy, as some of the villas are crammed in.
Great holiday was had by all."

| "The property is situated on a nice spot, and easy to get to. There are a lot of things to do in the area, such as Disney, Old Town, Bush Gardens a.s.o. We stayed for more than 4 weeks!!
In every bedroom there's a television and an intercom/radio-system.
We had some minor problems, concerning how the cleaning had been done before we arrived. And we got a lot of telephone calls from strangers, who wanted to talk to the owner.
But after we contacted the owner, she did everything she could do, to make our stay as pleasant as possible, and even had the telephone number changed within 2 hours!!!"

| "Excellent accommodation and very well situated close to all amenities and nicely sited for all major attractions but offering a nice quiet retreat for evenings.
The management company are very good and responded immediately to a couple of minor issues (one toilet flush not working properly and a/c malfunction).
I'd definitely book this villa again and would highly recommend to others.

Sorry for delay in getting back to you - just back at work today.
Yes we had a great time and the villa was fantastic. Thanks again for allowing us to rent from you.
The kids really enjoyed the facilities – to the point that the boys now want a full size pool table in our garage !! Also the availability of the laptop was brilliant and allowed the kids to stay in touch with friends etc.
No real problems – one minor one I managed to overcome – the oven door wouldn’t open as the lock for ‘cleaning’ stayed on even with the cleaning arm retracted back against the hob lid (hope you know what I mean). Managed to sort (at least for use) by slightly lifting the hob lid and placing lever underneath – just mentioning in case anyone else has same issue.
Sadly our trip was all too short – just as all holidays tend to be, but we really enjoyed the use of your villa and would certainly recommend to anyone we know that is heading out that way in the future.

Thanks for the email. Was actually going to drop you a mail to say what a wonderful time we spent there. Couldn't really fault your villa, in fact we loved it loads.
Anyway, as I said had a great time. Lots of lovely little touches like, PS2, computer, pool table, jigsaws, balls etc, etc!
You made a great job of making the place homely; there wasn't one thing we said "wish we had that"!
Re Carmen Homes, I must say they were very attentive on the couple of times we spoke with them. For what it is worth, from first impressions, I'd certainly have faith in them. (owner comment: this was in reference to the fact that I had literally changed my management company a few days before Ian arrived and there were a couple of problems they had with the pool heating which I think was due to my old MC still sending out their pool guy and mucking things up!! )
Well congratulations on a beautiful home and maybe we will get to use it again one day.

Had a fantastic time! Weather pretty mixed, frost & cold followed by brilliant sunshine. House great, comfy beds and loads of space, we had fun on the pool table and in the pool.
Have left the "noodle chair" very relaxing if you are under 16 1/2 stone!
Good Chinese and pizza places at Publix complex 5 min South on 27. Also had a great day at Clearwater beach - 1 1/2 hrs.
Theme park tips; Try and do the following rides first as queues build up;
Islands - Hulk, Spiderman
Universal - Revenge of the Mummy
sea World - Kracken (Don't miss "Blue Horizons' show)
Busch - Sheikra (take spare underpants!)
Have fun!!!!"

For fab shopping, go to retail outlet on junction 68 of I4 - amazing bargains better than Belz!

Great time. Best villa we've had but the pool had uninvited guests: black adder/frogs x 3.
Need to renew back bottom fencing near pond! Thank You. Loved the layout of house. Great for parties says my 10 yr old but initial lounge could be snooker room!

| "Not only was this a superb value, but it was so very comfortable, private, and plush. The garage had just recentely been turned into a game room, complete with a new pool table, foosball table, and a dartboard.
The beds were more comfortable than our home beds. The pool was very refreshing and immaculately clean.
We noticed some very tiny ants in the sugar that had been left by a previous guest. Also, the vertical blinds were not able to be fully closed. This was really no problem, as the vertical blind view of the patio and lake were not very "public areas" after all!
All in all this was a dream come true. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Very relaxing rooms, furniture, and especially the beds. Our whole family stayed there and there were really no complaints by anyone.
I would certainly stay at this villa, again, although not necessarily during December. Our visit to Disney World during the Christmas holidays was the most crowded I have ever seen it. This is not a great time to go if you're planning on riding any super rides and coasters. Lines were abominably long. Although this is not really related to the villa directly, the villa did much to revitalize our spirits for the next day.
Linda Burton is to be commended for a very gracious host that has truly though of everything. We played Bridge with two decks of cards that were provided for us at the Villa. Linda answered numerous questions we had about linen, computer connections, and keys.
It was fabulous! Thank you so much for having us!

"Loved the villa. we had a very relaxing stay there.
Good location, very quiet yet close to amenities. Beds very confortable! Only a couple of small problems - one was that we called the agent to get the blinds in the family room fixed as they wouldn't open, and also the pool heating sorted. The pool was sorted out quickly but they never came to fix the blinds. Also its a pity there's no vacuum cleaner, particularly in light of the ant problem, to clean up food crumbs. However despite that we would definitely use the villa again."

I was so sorry to hear about the problems you had with the pool heating and glad that our management company sorted this out for you promptly. I'm not totally sure what the problem was but I will definitely find out to make sure it doesn't inconvenience any of our guests in the future.
I have contacted our MC regarding repairing the blinds in the family room and I can only apologise that they didn't take care of this for you during your stay. They will be fixed asap.
The vacuum cleaner at the villa is only a few weeks old but has stopped working for some reason. It will be going back to Walmart when we are over there next week! Our MC has now put one in the villa but it's a shame it wasn't there for your use.
You are quite right that with the ant problems in Florida you can do without any crumbs to attract them!
I'm glad you liked the beds we tried our best to get as comfortable ones as possible.
We are really glad that none of these things stopped you from enjoying your holiday and we look forward to welcoming you back at some time in the future.

| "The 4 of us that went on a long weekend of golf, 36 holes of golf a day really enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a hard days work (pleasure). The unit was as advertised, I would advise anyone looking for great value for there money to look into using the house. The only problem was locating the street at night, if not familar turning off Hwy 27 the sign needs lighting. I realize this is not owners problem, but it would help everyone in subdivision. Thanks, for an excellent getaway.
