| "We had such a wonderful holiday. The villa was everything we had hoped for- Convenient location, close to sea, well appointed, clean, well maintained gardens, all in all we would not hesitate to recommend it and would definitely return to the villa next summer."

| "Just spent 2 weeks at Casa Loja in June 2008.
Our family age group varied from 15-55 years old. How delighted we were to find something to suit the varying ages. There was so much on offer, the villa is ideally located, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, nightlife for the younger members, golf for the men, and fantastic shopping in Puerto Banus for me.
Another bonus was strolling down to the beach for early morning coffee and watching the locals exercise, the promenade offers exercise equipment, excellent idea for keeping in shape.
The villa really lived up to our expectations, the pictures really did,nt do justice. Fantastic is the way I,d described it, plenty of space for our family of 8 we were all so delighted. Top marks for decoration, cleanliness and location of villa.
The owners were a pleasure to deal with and could not have been more helpful.
Do not hesitate to book Casa Loja, we have given it a 5* rating it certainly deserves it.

| "Myself, my wife and our two young children enjoyed two fantastic weeks in this lovely villa. It was very clean and exactly as described.
Its in a nice quiet residential area but close enough to restuarants, supermarkets and the beach for walks down the promenade.
The villa is adequately stocked with every appliance (including ample cuttlery etc and tin /bottle opener!) you would need when self catering.
The owner was extremely helpful before, during and after the visit and any issues I had were answered and sorted within the same day.
I would not hesitate in recommending this villa to families of all ages and groups of adults.
Would definatley return."

| "We all work for Delta Airlines who are now flying
to Malaga Airport from June.
Our trip related to work, we did not want to
stay in a hotel and to our delight found Casa
Loja. We had 7 in our party and found the villa offered the luxury and space we needed.
The newly installed Plasma Television let us unwind in the fantastic lounge. The heated
swimming pool provided another great way to relax.
Casa Loja truly is a wonderful villa, immaculately decorated, top quailty accomodation, spotlessly
clean.
We would most certainly reccommend this to other holidaymakers.
5* RATING. Also the owners are helpful at all times, we found them to be most courteous."

| "Just returned from Casa Loja, where we spent
1 week. A group of us needed a well earned break after the Christmas rush.
We all had a fantastic time, throughly delighted with the villa and its accomodation, there were 8 of us in the group and the villa offered the space you,re denied staying in hotels.
We were extremely pleased with the decoration and cleanliness of Casa Loja, unlike other villas we each had our own bedrooms, no put up beds which we had experienced before.
Full marks are given for many reasons, the owners could,nt do enough to please us and we are very grateful to them.
Fantastic value for money, great location, we
spent a lot of time at the villa and we found the facilities to be excellent."

"We just spent a very enjoyable long weekend break at Casa Loja the villa was in impeccable order which really impressed us. We loved the fact it was in walking distance of so many facilities. We strolled around San Pedro town which to our delight still has a typically Spanish feel, we also took morning walks down to the beach and promenade for our early morning coffee, we had such a lovely time and were able to totally unwind, just what the doctor ordered.
The internet cafe just across the road enabled to keep in touch , there are also telephones in the cafe so no problems there. Just by the internet cafe is another excellent eating place called Passion Cafe, great food at very reasonable prices. We were more than delighted by Casa Loja and have given it a 5* rating."

"The property is as described and is only a few minutes stroll from the centre of San Pedro. The only improvement I would make is to provide a local map of the area so that visitors know where to go straight away rather having to find places like shops and bars the hard way.
An additional improvement would be to provide some form of internet connection, as more people become reliant on the internet to stay in touch and find things out."

We appreciate any comments made by the customer.
We have left local maps,directions to shops,lists of restaurants, plus local bus services and taxi numbers. Every time we visit the villa ourselves we have noticed they have gone missing, the only answer we came up with is people must take them as references for themselves. On our next trip we will again put these in place.
We are unable to offer phone or internet as we have no way of monitoring the usage by the customer, we did initially have a phone at the villa, however one customer phoned America for hours each day we did not find this out until 6 weeks later and were left with a phone bill of 700 Euros.
There is an internet cafe just across the road which also has pay phones, its within 5 minutes walking distance.
Also we are the one of the most competitely priced villas in Marbella and we always endeavour to offer luxury at a
reasonable price.

| "We had a great time at this villa. There were 8 in our party age group 28-36. Plenty to occupy us great beaches, fantastic nightlife, quiet days spent relaxing by our own private pool, absolute bliss. Really lovely villa, one of the best holidays I,ve had, the whole of our group were throughly impressed, exceptional value for money. I,d definitely reccomend this villa, suitable for all range of age groups."

Totally impressed the villa lived up to its expectations. Great location, Excellent accomadation. Great directions from the owner,s so it was easy to find.
We would most definetly recommend this villa to Villarenter customers. The villa is extremely well decorated, lovely secluded pool and garden,all in all perfect. Great for families of all ages given its location. Easy accessible for beach, restaurants, Puerto Banus and all entertainment.

| "We stayed at Casa Loja in August, we were a little apprehensive previously we had holidays
in Villa which had not lived up to expectations.
What a wonderful surprise we had, Casa Loja
was fantastic the only way to describe it was WOW: The pictures did not do it justice we were amazed how wonderful it was, we wished we owned it. Every thing you wanted from a holiday, regarding location could,nt be better, would we reccomend it most definetly.
The owner,s should be proud and we found them so very helpful. We going back and taken friends next year, again thanks so much to the owners for letting us share their villa.

| "We just returned form Casa Loja where we had a wonderful holiday. Two familes rented the villa between us we had children ranging from age groups 5-18 years old, the villa,s location provided something for each age group what more could we ask for. The accomadation was both spacious and extremely well decorated, we will most definetly recomend it to villarenters customers we have already done this with friends and family.
We mentioned to the owner an information pack would be helpful and they are in the process of producing one. Everything else was perfect, beautifully presented and very clean, excellent value for money."

| "Very good directions from the owner enabled us to easily find the villa. It is in a peaceful area with open views from the verandah, where chirping frogs can be heard in the nearby river channel during barbecue evenings. The villa and gardens are spacious and suitable for children, who will enjoy the refreshing pool. Two playgrounds and garden centres with pet shops nearby are welcome local diversions for the kids, as well as an indoor play centre a few minutes walk away. Available high chair and cot reduces luggage charges! In general, the villa was well equipped and comfortable, and shopping/ recreational/evening facilities in the area are many and varied."

"We had a fantastic time at the villa. Having young children the space of the accomodation gave us great flexibility. Our holiday was in May of this year, there was so much to entertain the children we found two excellent playgrounds close by, and also garden centres with pet shops an ideal deversion for the kids, on a rainy day.
The overall decoration was excellent, I give it top rating for cleanliness, towels were soft and white, the linen of top quality. The villa is in an excellent location, we did hire a car but its not necessary.
We found the owners very co-operative, we needed to hire a cot and hire chair and we were delighted to find these were brand new.
We,ll definetly re-book in the future.

"We were delighted with the villa, it provided excellent accomodation, beautifully decorated, very spacious and throughly cleaned.
Our children were very happy and secure within the villa, which was a delight and let us enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The villa was also in an excellent location close to beach and all other amenities.
We will definetly be thinking of booking again, and have told all our friends about this villa.

| "Certainly surpassed our expectations.
The villa was spotlessly clean, the description if anything did,nt do it justice.
Location close to everything beach,restaurants,entertainment. Everthing the owner described and more.
We found the owner to be most co-operative at all times. We are going to book again next year and we have raved to all our friends what fantastic value this villa represents.

"We found the villa to be in excellent condition, we were also very impressed by its location everything you require is within walking distance, we choose to hire a car which although not neccessary enabled us to visit all the local attractions which were approx 5 - 10 minutes drive away.
We would reccomend this villa to future guests it really does represent excellent value for money given its location right in the heart of Marbella."
