Thank you for the opportunity to rent your villa, my family and I had a wonderful time there. It was set in an ideal location for us and we found it very homely. Any queries we had were dealt with immediately by the management company which is very refreshing. I would be more than happy to recommend your villa to any friends/family. We found the villa excellent value for money and if we return to Florida will look to rent it again. After long days around the Florida attractions the villa made a welcomed resting ground for us all.

This has been a fantastic holiday, both busy and totally relaxing. Villa has been great and comfortable and has insured we chilled out whenever possible. The weather has been high 80's every day since we arrived. Will definately pass on the details of the villa as this has proved to be one of the best holidays we have experienced in 6 years of coming to Florida.
We will be coming back next year and will come back happily. Disney and all amenities just down the road!!

Had a fantastic holiday!
Villa was great, loads of space and close to the parks. Didnt use the pool much, although it was heated it was a little cold for us Brits. Weather was brilliant, only one thunder storm whilst we were here. We would recomment Manny's Chophouse for a delicious salad and mouth watering steak (turn left on main road and approx 15 miles towards Southern Dunes Golf Course)

We had a great time here, the house was perfect! Nice gamesroom, pool, airhockey, the machines all good, beds sleeps good.
Nice weather for the parks, Disney, Universal, Sea World, Aquatica, Wet n wild and a 'chic' neighbourhood all around.

Your villa is lovely, great location and handy for Disney. We fed the pet turtle out the front every day!
Only had chance to use the pool once as we came during the cold snap and it was a tad too chilly, great when we did though!

What a lovely surprise this was! Our first time in a villa and was last minute due to the collapse of XL and Travel City and will be coming again if we can get in here.
The villa, the pool, everything was just fantastic including the weather, it is within 10 mins of Disney and I Drive etc.
This is one holiday we will always remember and hope to do again.

| "We stayed in this villa from Sept 21st 2008 for 2 weeks and we loved it.
Everything we need for a home from home it was pure luxury and we are looking into returning for a longer holiday in this villa again next year.
The pool was fantastic but will have it heated next time always a little chilli at 1st.
This Villa i would recomened to everone even if never done this type of holiday before.

| "Our second stay in this well maintained and comfortable villa did not disappoint. Villa is close to the 192 so very convenient for access to many attractions (Disney World etc). On arrival the villa was very well presented and a substantial welcome pack had been provided - most welcome after a long day travelling. Thank you for a very pleasant, enjoyable stay."

| "A wonderful villa in a fantastic location. We were a family of 7 and stayed here for 2 weeks in August. The villa offered plenty of space and the games room and pool were a welcome break from the hectic themeparks.
Plenty of facilities around with large supermarkets on the door step.

| "There were 8 of us sharing this property and there was more than enough space for all of us!
Villa was very well laid out and furnished to a very high standard, we were even able to do all our laundry, that was bliss!

| "This villa is beautiful. Have stayed on Glenbrook before, would stay again in this villa, and highly recommend. Has everything you need, and the games in the garage are a bonus.
We found the free international phone calls really handy as you don't always get this in other villas.
Pool was very clean, lania a bit dirty but was because the grass had not long been cut before we arrived."

| "This newly built villa is one of many located in the new resort of Glenbrook situated on the US 27 minutes from Disney and other attractions.
The cost for a two week stay was below the average fee for exactly the same type of villa in Glenbrook and proved to be very good value for money, with 4 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and an excellent pool and Jacuzzi, all the facilities were exactly as described on the internet. We were greeted by the villa management representative with an excellent customer relations approach and the nearby club house provided a gym, internet access and other facilities. Try it you can’t go wrong."

| "The villa was lovely and very well presented. Very clean and very well equipped. Everything we needed and more. The children loved the pool, spent more time in there then in doors!
The folder full of information was helpful. The welcome pack was welcomed! Very thoughtful.
The people at the clubhouse were very helpful. There was a problem with the phone and when we went to report it, we were offered the use of their phone which I thought was very kind. The problem was sorted very quickly.
I was just sorry the time went too quick, I wish I could have stayed longer.

"No.1 International free calls did not permit calls to pakistan,we had to pay for them.
No.2After 2 days we extended it for more 2 nts.But on july8,there was no light in 2 rooms,it was only a technical problem,but the management told me that it will repair only on monday,and told to change the villa,we were unwilling to change but we had no choice. They showed us 2 villas, In 1 villa the carpet was smelly and the other was dirty.then we had to accept the dirty one, which we cleaned later on.In this villa there was no free calls even in u.s.

I was not aware that my guest was unhappy until I read this. I was informed by the Management Company that there was a power failure to 2 of the bedrooms I believe, and it was not a simple/quick problem and the electrician, I was told would have to come back again to carry on working on the problem. Up until this had happened the guest had requested to extend his stay in our villa, which I accepted - he must have been happy with it up until this point. After the power could not be repaired quickly it was impossible for the family to stay in the villa as an accident could happen if 2 rooms had no lights plus any electrical problem needs to be addressed correctly and follow correct procedures in order for it to be safely resolved. There were aparently two other villas on Glenbrook that were available, obviously I cannot comment on them as I do not own them, I only own this one villa but as they are run by the same management company as mine I would assume that they should have been up to the same standard as mine. The guest was then moved to one of the available villas. I beleive the Management Company did their best to resolve this problem. It was very unfortunate and this has never happened before, I have never had to have any guests moved before. An electrical problem can happen to anybodies home at any time - the only difference is when you rent your roperty you need to follow correct procedure to ensure the house is safe for your guests, and I believe this had been done.
