| "Our second year in this accommodation, everything is there for our needs. The weather could have been kinder to us (March 2009), but when the sun came out you have the use of sun loungers on the terrace, plenty of games and books to use. Met the neighbours both sides this visit so could chit-chat over the walls! Will definitely being visiting 11B again soon."

| "The bungalow was everything that we wanted and was as detailed in the description of the property. We would have no hesitation in rebooking in the future.
This is our second visit to Casas del Sol and we find the location perfect and the complex ideal."

"The villa is in the most perfect place in Playa Blanca- close to the shops and restaurants, which are a five minute walk away. But the complex remains quiet and restful. The gardens are exotic and looked after well. The pool was always clean and pleasant to swim in, and we all enjoyed sunbathing around the poolside. The reception staff were all helpful and polite.
The only quibble I could find would be that the villa could do with some better cutlery and perhaps better cooking equipment."
Owner reply:
:
We upgraded the pots and pans and knves and forks recently

| "Everything you need is in the villa - didn't use the washer - but there if needed. Close to the pool and the prom is literally on your doorstep. Stayed in Playa Blanca twice before and we were miles away!
Reading the summary of the villa it quotes it as being two bedrooms in total - two twin. The second bedroom has, in fact, bunk beds. This would be OK if there were children, but I think adults would prefer beds & there would be only room for a single bed.
We have already booked for next March!"

| "We have visited Playa Blanca twice before and our accommodation was miles away! We knew roughly where this complex was before we booked and we were not disappointed. Literally across the road to the prom with all the restaurants, shops etc. Everything in the bungalow that we needed, didn't use the washing maching (don't go on holiday to wash - but saying that if we stayed longer, yes it would prove very useful). We went May 2008 and there was no problems around the pool with sunbeds. All I can say is EXCELLENT! Will certainly be booking again."

"Sorry for the late review(we stayed Sep 2006).
Super villa in an excellent location.Casa was quiet when we were there so the pool area was empty every day.2 minute hop over the wall to the local Spar shop .5 minutes to ferry terminal and 5 mins to shopping street and promenade .15 mins to new marina which we visited a few times and ate in the Italian just as you walk in(forgot name).Food was excellent and they looked after our 3 year old really well.
Chilled out at "Cafe Del Mar" also at the marina.
We had a really nice time and at decent prices we could not fault Brians villa.only downside was sky card had expired so couldn't watch anything but Sky news..but hey who goes on holiday to watch tele!!.Would definately visit again and recommend.Cheers Dave Vanessa and Ross"
Owner reply:
:
We discovered there was a problem with the television and rectified it in October. As you say the weather out there is too nice and there is so much else to do to bother watching tv anyway. We look forward to welcoming you again. Brian.

| "We have been to Playa Blanca for 5 years now and have admired the Casas Del Sol estate during our family holidays as we have passed the complex many times. We were not disappointed when we finally managed to stay in this bungalow. We stayed for 3 weeks over the festive period and thoroughly enjoyed the stay - a real home from home compared to a hotel apartment. As my 2 boys are both under 4, having access to a washing machine proved its weight in gold! Also the secure patio area meant that the boys could run freely! My eldest boy was most impressed with the Sky TV for NickJr. The complex's proximity to the main centre makes an ideal base to get around the resort. Bit late in submitting this after our return, but felt that I would take the trouble to write this seeing as I have just booked to stay here again!"

"elighted with Casas del Sol. Excellent location and a very well kept complex. Pool and gardens were delightful. The property was adequate but basic. Surprised it didn't have a barbeque."
Owner reply:
:
We did install barbeques in the past but found that very few people actually used them. Given that the resort has some of the best fish restaurants on the island and the prices are keen and the fact that the villa has its own oven and hob I fail to see why anybody would want to take the trouble to make a barbeque. In view of this we decided a couple of years ago to remove the barbeque primarily for safety reasons as we felt that it could pose a safety hazard and danger particularly for parties with children.

| "This was our first visit to Lanzarote and this villa provided an ideal base. We collected our hire car at the airport and the directions were excellent and Casas Del Sol is very easy to find.
Our first impressions of the site were very favourable. The staff at reception were friendly and the whole area looked very well cared for. Everywhere was clean and tidy, the gardens were very well kept and the pool area was immaculate.
Our villa was well presented, clean and suitably equipped for our stay. Although there are many villas on the site, they are arranged in small clusters with pathways leading from the main driveway to half a dozen or so properties. The villa is equipped with Sky satellite TV which provides a good range on programs from "home"
The villa was cleaned once during our weeks stay, with bedding and towels changed at the same time.
This is a great location to soak up the sun or to use as a base to tour the island as we did. Although the site is across the road from the small port and ferry terminal there is no disturbance and the road has plenty of zebra crossings. There are also good places to eat and a decent Spar supermarket with 5 minutes walk.
I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice place to stay in pleasant surroundings at a resort which I suspect is a little more laid back than some. This suited us fine, no-one trying to sell us anything or to drag us off the street into a restaurant.
This villa is great value for money, go now before someone else books it!"

| "Casas del Sol is a conveniently situated complex which appears to have been established for a number of years. The swimming pool area is attractive and the bungalow was spotlessly clean. It is an ideal base for exploring Playa Blanca on foot.

"The location was excellent as anticipated, the bungalow was well appointed and maintained, and beautifully clean, all in all a credit to yourself and the local staff.
It is by far the best holiday we have ever had in Playa Blanca, and we hope we can visit again in the future - possibly around the same time next year.

"The property was idealy located - a short walk from the ferry terminal and all the mainshops, restaurants and bars. In a quiet sheltered position facing south gets the sun all day. Ideal for chilling out. Excellent car parking and a large sized swimming area for all ages. We will be going back to this villa in 2006 and have told our friends about it as well.
Staff very helpful without being intrusive. Only minor point - we arrived late and there was no milk ot tea provided. can you provide a welcome pack??"
Owner reply:
:
Welcome packs are available for those on late night flights but must be requested by the renter at time of booking. We look forward to welcoming you again to our Villa.

| "We have stayed at various properties on Casas del Sol on previous holidays. This is the best one we have stayed in. Security was good; it had everything we could wish for in terms of fixtures and fittings and information left in the villa. It is in a great position being in a very tranquil spot, with lovely neighbours. Swimming pool was as wonderful and uncrowded as usual. We will certainly be returning when we can. It was marvellous."
