| "I would give the apartment and the complex 10 out of 10. It was bright,spacious,comfortable and spotless. Golf the Sur itself is lovely and peaceful with a nice range of shops and restuarants. I would strongly recommend Dab Das, the wine and tapas bar just outside the gate for a relaxing drink in the evening. The food there is excellent and reasonably priced.
It would be nice if the path alongside the ocean was finished(it is just a dirt path for part of it) because it is a lovely walk."

| "We were very pleased with the apt. TV was rather antiquated and golf club 1 min away if you climbed the cliff and fence but apart from that we were very pleased. Area very quite. We really enjoyed our stay there and hopefully will be back again."

| "The locations of the main gate of blocks J&K was still difficult to find in the nighttime - no signs on the gate.
To enter the gate with the keys was impossible - luckily we got help from the nearby wine bar. After finding the remote from appartment the problem was solved.
Probably the days were guite damp and with low temperature, so the nighttime the appartments got quite cold - a little extra heating would be very convinient."

| "2nd visit to this complex and it certainly has matured into a really nice one. Probably about 3 years old, it is extremely well kept by the on-site maintenance team.
The apartment, as you would expect from Ocean Golf and Country was immaculate and probably the best we've stayed in.
I love the area so will be returning next year and probaly to this apartment too!"

"One thing that we would like noted is that we arrived to the apartment with 2 children (this was made clear on the booking form), yet we were horrified to find 3 gentlemen's magazines in the drawer of the cabinet in the lounge. Thankfully we found them before our 10 and 12 year old looked in the drawer. I would make a suggestion that these cupbaords to checked upon people's departures!!!!.
Apart from that and the tv losing signal & the pool being out of use for the last week, we did have an enjoyable stay.
I stress again to check drawers if any children are in your party!!.
There is also a nice heated pool round the corner at the top of the road - same apartment name, but different buildings.

Thank you for your feedback.
I am extremely sorry that the pool was out of action for the 2nd week of your stay. We were not warned about this but it was just routine work that needs to be done once a year.
The communal satellite dish went down (and thus affected all the blocks in the complex) and new parts had to be ordered from the UK. This took about 10 days.
Needless to say the pool and the TV are now fully functional again.
Having spoken to you during your stay, I know how complimentary you were about the apartment.

"location of keys easy to find, struggled to find apartment (but it was 4.00am) Would find it easy in day light.
Would have prefered more information in apartment ie - How to open gate to car park and where to park the car. Where to put rubbish.
The apartment was excelent with all the 'home from home' comforts.
Excelent complex - clean and tidy
Had a great holiday - except for the rain and power cuts ( candles provided) Would definatley go again and would recommend to friends."

After your comments we will put in an information pack into the apartment for future guests.
Unfortunately, whilst you were out, Tenerife had a freak one off rainstorm with some of the worst rain received for many years. During this time, there were 3 power cuts throughout the whole island. I am glad there were some candles in the apartment just in case!!

"Apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. However during the period of our stay we could not use the pool due to some dispute or other with the maintenance contractors. This did detract from what was in all other ways excellent accomodation units.
If being critical I would suggest that a mid-holiday change of laundry would have been welcomed.
As this was our 6th year of visiting Tenerife/Golf del Sur we were well aware of the layout and amenities of this lovely resort, and its great golf facilities. Airport is close but aircraft noise just seems to be all but unnoticed after a few hours."

We are so sorry the pool was closed during your stay. This was due to routine painting and maintenance to the filters. Ufortunately We were not warned about this in adance so could not have forewarned you.

| "This apartment is in a new block, comfortable, tastefully furnished, with good restaurants, bars and cafes close by. Also Pharmacy and local supermarkets within easy distance. Whilst close to the flight path of incoming/outgoing aircraft into Tenerife Airport South, this proved to be insignificant and no way spoilt our stay. The apartment is well looked after, with the agent living in the same block. There are no touts in Golf del Sur, nor any night time noise from nightclubs or bars etc. Would definitely stay there again when visiting the island."
