"We enjoyed our stay at Aguamarina. The complex is excellent, very well maintained and superbly positioned. The apartment itself was exactly described with stunning views of the swimming pool and the ocean. It was well equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and adequate linen for our stay. However it could do with a little updating, curtains replacing and maybe redecorating but it didn`t stop us having a good holiday and we wouldn`t hesitate in booking it again in the future

We want to make the apartment as comfortable as possible for people so on our next visit we shall replace the curtains and look into redecorating.

| "This property is comfortable, well resourced and about 50 feet from the ocean! The balcony is a good size and faces on to the ocean with the pool in between. It catches the sun from sunrise to about 1pm. The pool is attractive and there are over 80 sun loungers. The apartment building is in a growing, clean and tidy area with pleasant walks, marina, a variety of restaurants and cafes. The 2 supermarkets are expensive but there is a much better priced Netto about 15 minutes walk or 2 mins drive in San Blass. Parking can be difficult in the evenings - some skill is needed to make the car fit any spaces. Some aircraft noise but the upside is only a short drive from Tenerife South Airport and Los Christianos is about 15 minutes drive. A really good holiday accomodation."

| "This is the second time I have stayed in this complex and absolutely love it! It is so peaceful and the view from the balcony is great!

| "Place was great. Decent sized living room, bedroom was a good size, bathroom was very adequate. Kitchen & fridge were definitely a plus, decent amount of pans & utensils. The view off the balcony was amazing and it got the early morning sun too which was nice. All in all I was very impressed with it.

"The view from the rooms was just as described and the over all building was very clean and secure. Our only disappointment was the lack of cleanliness of the appartment and the poor condition of the bed linen and towels. Some had holes in them or were torn. The colour from the red settee bled onto any pale coloured clothing and so had to be covered with our own towels. There were no oven utensils available which for long term rental was a nuisance. The lack of two sets of keys made coming and going difficult at times as the entry phone didn't work.
Jon was very accomadating with the check out arrangements. The maintainence people were quick to replace missing light bulbs and arrange for the plumber to stop the toilet cistern running constantly."

Yes, we noticed that one sheet had a hole in it and a towel had been torn (probably from the washing machine in the launderrette). Sorry for any inconvenience. We have replaced all bed linen and towels and bought several sets of them.
My wife and I prepared the apartment for your arrival as we left 2 days before - it was spotless! Tenerife is very dusty so if any dust accumulated on the balcony or in the apartment in the 48 hours before your arrival then I am sorry.
We normally stay for 2 weeks in the apartment and ate in most nights and have found easily enough utensils.
If you require 2 sets of keys, just phone us or the management team and they will be supplied straight away. As you have commented, you will receive excellent service from them.

| "Really nice place. There are several restaurants on the seafront right under the building, not close enough to be noisy or in the way, including a gorgeous Chinese place which we loved so much we ate there 3 or 4 times in a week!
Although suitable for kids and families, it is a golf town and the crowd reflects that. As an alternative to the more lively resorts, Golf del Sur is great for a relaxing break even if you don't do golf.
The appartment is clean and modern with everything you need. Recommended."

| "The apartment was very modern & clean. A plus having a child was all the sky channels on both tvs in the living room & bedroom. The complex was also clean & modern & had a good security system. Perfect place to go for a holiday in the sun in October."

| "We had a lovely week in this fully equipped apartment. It is a quiet complex but also suits families. You get the sun from morning until mid afternoon on the balcony. The only thing I would say is that you are overlooked but we still had a lovely time. Thank you."
