| "A most relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The apartment was well presented and is indeed in an excellent location - very quiet. Perhaps, in the future, the owner might consider getting mosquito screens and should also ensure the presence of some basic cleaning products. Other than that couldn't fault this apartment. If one is looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday in a good location than this is the apartment for you. Might I add that Jon Stewart, the agent, was extremely helpful - always courteous and very thorough - an absolute pleasure to deal with!"

| "we would just like to say thankyou very much for making our holiday so great with your fantastic apartment, it has everything you need - and more, to make your holiday extra special. Everything was so organised from the key collection to the numbers left for us for taxis etc.
What a beautiful and relaxing location-ideal for a relaxing break - just as described. It was great to have everything working in the apartment as you dont get that very often in self catering,and it was nice to have everything clean and new.
oh! and thankyou for letting us stay for a few extra hours past the check out time - it was very much appreciated--i will definately becoming back AND recommending you thanks, sam"

"We have stayed at this appartment block before so going back again is a good recommendation.
However, I had read the reviews on previous people that had stayed in this particular appartment and was a little surprised that the washing machine was still not working and their was only one wine glass. This appartment is for 4 people. But other than that I thought the appartment had a very good view of the sea and it was very peaceful.
I also noticed that in the general information on the webb states that the swimming pool is heated. I stayed in this block in May and again in September BOTH SWIMMING POOLS WERE COLD. Can this be clarified?"

Many thanks for your email. Yes indeed the fact that you have come back to the apartment is a BIG recommendation to anyone. From speaking to you I know you had a lovely time on both occasions.
Unfortunately, after 2 weeks of the washing machine being plumbed in a renter then broke it. We fixed the problem but then decided not to re-plumb it in and just leave it there for when we intend to move out permantly sometime within the next 5 yrs. We do not advertise the washer.
I am very sorry about the wine glasses. I am not sure what is going on but we bought 4 more only a month ago! I will get these replaced.
I can guarantee the main pool is heated. I sometimes think the thermostat should be turned up a little but I can guarantee its warmer than the average pool. Just go to the pool next door and jump in - you will definitley notice the difference!!!

| "Complex set in a quiet area overlooking rocky beach walk and out to sea. Pool area clean, tidy and quiet, but lacking an odd palm tree for ambience. Plenty of sunbeds and no need to rush down in the morning to reserve a place. Pools clean and reasonable size, never over crowded.
Apartment presented well, with a good level of cleanliness. If I were being pernickety the bath mat was mouldy underneath, but I guess this had just been missed.
Kitchen was well equipped with appliances, but was a little short on glasses. A single wine glass was accompanied by a tumbler for the essential evening drink on the balcony.
Bedroom was lovely, very clean, tidy and comfortable beds.
Ceiling fans in both rooms were sufficient to keep us cool throughout our stay.
A car park exists under the complex, but the security gates were not working. There is ample car parking space next door, albeit on rough ground.
Overall, a very nicely presented and looked after apartment. I thorougly recommend it to a couple who want a peacefull location overlooking the sea with the constant sound of waves crashing against the shore."

"The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable and overall very good value for money.
We especially liked the stunning views from the balcony and within the apartment out to sea. The complex was quiet, kept very clean and had a lovely pool area overlooking the sea.
This is a perfect apartment for a peaceful relaxing break and I would recommend it to a friend.
The only minus was we found the single beds very hard and uncomfortable ,so we slept on the sofa beds in the lounge which was for us were much more comfortable. Also there was no DVD player as listed in the details."

Many thanks for the feedback and we are so glad you loved the apartment.
We have never received any comments about the beds before (in 2 yrs of renting) before which were hand picked and we have found very comfortable. Perhaps this is just a one-off personal thing.

| "The apartment is well equipped and in good decorative order. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful location with excellent views of the sea and shoreline, and although close to the Airport, the aircraft noise was barely noticeable. The complex is secure and the underground parking garage with this apartment very convenient.
Pleasant walks possible along the coastal path with many good restaurants and supermarket within easy walking distance.
We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time here. We would definitely recommend and look forward to our next visit."

"a very nice situation, quiet and peaceful,and quite comfortable. we enjoyed staying there.
there were of course a few things that were not totally good;
1 the boiler leaked ,good job we noticed it
2 the kitchen tap was so tight it must soon break
3 the washing machine was out of commission(not that it mattered really)
overall very nice, we shall return"

Hi and many thanks for your feedback. We have now fixed the leak on the boiler (had you let us know during your stay we would have fixed it there and then).
The apartment is not advertised as having a washing machine but will be in the future - hence the machine was there ready to be plumbed in.
We could not find a problem with the kitchen tap.

| "Although on the small size, the accomodation had everything we needed, the decoration was very modern, new and clean. Obviously a lot of time had been put in to accomodating what a holiday maker would need. The apartment block was also very clean, spacious and quiet. Great view from the balcony. Perfect for getting away from it all!"
