| "We really liked the location. Took the advice and booked our car before we went on holiday.
The villa could have been a bit cleaner and although I ordered a welcome pack it did not arrive.
There was only 6 chairs at the dining table and we were 8 adults but otherwise it was good.
The lady did not arrive for us to hand over the keys so we had to contact the owner and inform him that we had left them on the table."

| "We had a very enjoyable stay and the owners seem to have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable.
We would definitely go back, we have been twice before to a friends house on El Raso and we like the location. We think it is the best urbanisation in the area.
Stan and Ollies was a new addition since we last visited and would recommend it for a lovely meal.
Overall a lovely relaxing family holiday.
Thank you."

| "The villa was perfectally situated as the shops and bars were so near but you it was still very quite in the evenings as i thought we would of been able to hear the noise but we heard nothing. Also when i was booking i wanted near my friend and the directions were great as she was only down the street. Our flight times from Belfast are early morning flights which i thought was going to be a hassle maybe having to hang around until late afternoon before receiving the keys but it was great just to come out of the airport been able to phone the office and within us arriving at the villa a guy Dave was there to meet us already. The villa itself was very clean spacious and well equipped with everything that we needed the only thing i would suggest as there was 7 of us a few more loungers with cushions as after a while my back was sore lying on the hard lounger. We will deffinately use the villa again hopefully next year. One other thing i did not book a car before going as i thought i would get a loan of my friends car for a day or 2 to get used to the driving but when i went to hire a car there was absolutely nothing available for us to rent especially a people carrier or larger type cars, so i would advice anyone to book their car well in advance as i said there was 7 of us and it can be quite expensive getting 2 taxis to and from places.
My overall rateing of the vills and area is excellent AAAAA***** Thank you!"

| "A lovely villa in a great location. Easy to find from Murcia airport approx 30 Miles. To find fault would be to look for fault.
Villa is on a quiet urbanisation with a few restaurants and a small supermarket. A car is essential as the beaches and towns are not within walking distance.
There is a good supermarket on one of the near by urbanisations. There is also a massive Carrefour in Torrevieja.
If you like beaches and warm shallow seas this is the place for you, nearest beach is about a 3 minute drive, others not much further.
We did not eat out much prefering a leisurely (3-4 hours) BBQ on the top terrace. If you visit the local market on a Sunday try and find the wine seller, 1euro 25cents for a litre of a very drinkable red, if not Carrefour do a nice red for £1 a bottle.
Terra Mitica at Benidorm is easy to find and only about an hour away, well worth a visit if you've got kids or even if you have'nt.
Overall a great villa and lovely area.

| "This is a new property sited amongst similar properties in a newly built area close to Guardamar. It was very easy to find from Alicante airport, and took us about 40 minutes to get there. It was clean and well kitted out, altough the lounge may be a little small if there were 8 adults there. However it is ideal for families, with the pool just behind the villa, and a lovely balcony to sit on There are plenty of chairs, and even a pool table. There are bars and restaurants very close by, but it is still quiet. The beaches are about 10 mintes drive away, and are beautiful. We thought Guardamar, about 10 minutes away was a lovely little towm, not too crowded. We had great holiday, and are seriously considering returning."

| "Lovely well equipped villa in great location with communal pool behind. Satellite TV and also a huge range of DVD's supplied to keep the kids entertained. The pool table was also a nice addition. A selection of bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. ( Chinese, Indian, Irish - also Manolo spanish restaurant close by).
For a more typically Spanish experience, Guardamar is a short drive away with a good selection of restaurants and a lovely beach.

"This is an excellent property well equipped however I feel the following comments would help other guests. Only one key is supplied this is difficult if there are 8 of you sharing. Pool rules must be observed - break them at you peril. The area is still very much under construction therefore water pressure is still under the builders control. Showering first thing in the morning just about ok but by evening there is only a trickle and not enough to even power the shower. Smell from pipes strong as water is limited.
Selection of DVDs and music fantastic, pool table excellent.
Kitchen could do with a trip to Ikea for childrens cutlery, plates, bowls etc as all china in the villa.
The mothergoose baby hire linked to the website is excellent, beautiful clean toys were supplied and drop off and pick up were excellent, and if you are travelling with small children then two stairgates are a must (one for the stairs going up to master and one to the basement). It is very dangerous without them as stairs are all marble and steep. Master bedroom fits a travel cot with oodles of space.
Excellent new restaurants opening near by inc fantastic indian, plus english supermarket about 300 yards away selling everything right down to Pot Noodles and english papers.
Beaches nearby excellent and neighbours friendly(most permanant residents)
Pool quiet at all times loads of space, and very warm and spotlessly clean.
You need to be very precise with your arrival and departure times with the agents as they are not very tolerant! - trust us we discovered this at our cost.
Despite the minor negatives about the water, could not fault the villa and would def go back again.
Thanks Daren"

Thankyou for your comments Samantha.I am glad you liked the villa. We take all comments seriously and we try to make guests' stays as comfortable as possible. You are the first guests to ask for an additional key - which we provided on your request. If further requests are made we will provide 2 keys in future. Pool rules are for everyones safety and enjoyment.Particularly the NO GLASS rule.Broken glass is very difficult to eradicate from pool and lawn areas.Sometimes pools have to be drained and lawns re-turfed - at the culprits expense. Water pressure has never been an issue before. In fact the pressure is generally very high. There has been the rare occasion where the water supply has been cut off for a short period, but not recently. I will take on board your comments regarding plastic cutlery and plates. We have provided them in the past.New ones will be ordered. We will also look at providing stairgates for next season. Your feedback regarding the agent has been noted and will be investigated and monitored.
Regards
Daren

"This is our second stay and we have had yet another wonderful time in your lovely villa. We are keen golfers so the location is ideal for La Finca,Quesada and Villamartin, etc. The area is really taking off now with the new shopping centres literally just around the corner. We still like the traditional Manola restaurant - fantastic value set menu options. Hope to book again later in the year with the wife. Thanks Harry Moores and team"

| "Very nice property, clean, and well furnished and decorated, pleanty of room for us all, we loved the place. Lovely swimming pool, right behind the villa very easy access, perfect for all the family with a paddling pool section and deeper pool. Not much to do onsite other than that, but that will all change once all the other villas have been built and the other facilities. Not too much noise at all from the building on the complex or dust, and this will be a very nice complex once complete. It is not within walking distance from the beach, so a car is definitely needed to travel to supermarkets, restaurants, and anywhere, but that was no problem for us. We were very impressed by this new property and had an excellent time relaxing on the lovely sun terrace."

"the villa was VERY NICE nice with good facilities and we enjoyed our stay. this is a very new property which requires some MINOR corrections from the builder..eg wash basin in bathroom was damaged and a wardrobe door was defective. the pool facility was goood but caution must be given as the chemical used in the water is harsh, particularly on young skin and eyes. air conditioning was noisey in the bedrooms. other minor items are; to reflect the title 'luxury' the beds could do with being of a much better standard..quite uncomfortable. there were no tea towels, more bath towels required with full occupancy. window dressings required in basement bedroom to block pool lights at night. the cooker grill is very poor and when oven was on, the control knobs were dangerously hot. Overall, this is a good property in a quiet but developing area and we did enjoy it and would recommend it.
Directions to villa reuire ammendment for first time visitors...when turning left off the N332 coast road, the roundabout is about a 1 km along the road to los motesinos, not 200 mtrs."

Thanks for taking the time to review our villa. As you were one of our very first guests it was useful feedback. The basin and wardrobe door are being addressed by the builder as we write. Your comments regarding the pool have been passed onto our community management group, although they have not had any feedback from other pool users,I will take it upon myself to investigate further. The air/con units have a silent feature for night time use, although I personally prefer the gentle breeze from the ceiling fan, which is whisper quiet. I was surprised by your bed comment, because we purposely did not go for a ''cheap'' furniture package, and purchased quality beds. I will inspect the oven controls on my next visit. Tea towels should be provided,I will check with the agent. The directions have been amended.
Many Thanks
