"Excellent value for money in a great location. The villa is clean, tiday and well kept. Extremely spacious and close to one of the pools. Only problems encountered were getting hold of the keys when we first arrived. Need to sort that out as if it wasnt for the neighbours wed have spent the night in the car! Also the airconditioining wasnt working downstairs! The internet access was down also. Minor points for a great villa but if youre going to advertise it as having these things then they need to be working! I recommend visiting the restaurant at the bottom of the hill. Think its called La Casita. Ask for Frank. Unbelievably friendly staff and fantastic food."

The aircon has been fixed and unfortunately the Internet connection (locally) only returned 2 days before leaving.

Very nice house, nice light furnishings with some rather wacky art on walls. Fairly well equipped but a bit short on plates & wine glasses for 5 people cooking meals.
Only slight disappointment, which was mentioned by previous reviewer. Outside was a garden furniture which looks a bit dilapidated. One chair broken so not enough seats for 5 to sit out.
Lovely development with 2 pools & restaurant and all of which our family used & enjoyed. Beautiful gardens & flowers all around. Main road can be noisy.
Good location for exploring area. Would definitely return."

Crockery including plates and glasses have now been replenished for Summer 09 along with the terrace furniture. Outdoor seating for 10 is provided.

"The property is in an excellent location,with fabulous views from the terrace and sun for most of the day.A car is essential with easy access to most areas on the Costa Del Sol.My Wife and I spent a month during Jan.and Feb.which we thoroughly enjoyed,feeling very much at home.All minor issues we had were resolved with little fuss,and did not detract from our enjoyment.
Our only criticism would be that the terrace furniture is in a poor state, and I suggest needs replacing with something, that maximises the possible outside terrace eating experience.
We would definitely consider renting this property in the future."

| "Although the outdoor furnature was a little old and the shower a little temperamental, overall our experience was very good. Set in a very quiet area with 2 shared swimming pools, both nearly always empty, and only a short drive from the main road, but no traffic noise is herd. Very good holiday was had here."

| "Perfect! I loved this villa and we had a fantastic time. It was easy to find, in a beautiful, idylllic setting. The villa was far enough to be perfectly peaceful but close enough to the the beach etc to be there in 5 minutes! Spectacular views, nice interior (very comfy), very well equipped and a fantastic patio area where the sun shines all day and you can see across to Gibralter and Africa! Arrival and departure was made very simple and quick for us which was also appreciated.
Very highly recommended! (and hope to be back soon)"

| "We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was a great base, and also a nice place to spend some time in too. The owners have really thought of little things to make the stay very comfortable, very nicely furnished and equipped. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends."

| "Perfect for Los Arqueros golf, Lord's tennis and Puerto Banus. Classy decoration, great view, nice and private terrace made us not want to leave. Feels more like the only boutique hotel in Marbella with the exotic Asian / Moroccan decor. Will return next year (or sooner if the wife will let me!)."
