| "The building work has come to a halt so no noise what so ever. The apartment was spotless and was with in easy reach of the beach and port , Paul the owner was really helpful and gave us lots of tips on what to see, places to eat etc . would stay at this apartment again if we return to Estepona. Many thanks for a great week."

| "the flat was very comfortable, it had everything you would need for a holiday. it was clean and tidy. there was some building work outside, which we were told about about before booking, so that was good. the noise was very minimal and didnt bother us at all. there is plenty to do outside the flat as well."

| "A lovely property, well cared for and well provisioned with information on local amenities and places of interest, and with user leaflets for the equipment and appliances. Books, magazines, DVDs, beach toys and playing cards were also available. Great to find that everything worked! Fantastic location and great sea views. Convenient for Estepona Port and the town. Good provision for parking the car and excellent security. We loved staying there and wouldn't hesitate to use this property again ourselves or recommend it to family and friends."

| "We were told to expect slight distruption due to building works that start at 8.am, building work started and 7.am at was very loud. Once awake because of the crane you couldnt watch TV to pass the time until the sun came out."

| "We were well looked after with thorough pre-visit instructions. A comfortable apartment with a great view, although currently spoiled by building work in front. Very good position, easy walking distance to Estepona port. We went in December and would recommend an off season visit for the climate. The port was lively - people sunning themselves having coffee and eating outside. Cool in the evenings - take jumpers and slippers!"

| "The apartment was exactly as described on the site and we had a lovely stay. The marina was just a short stroll from the apartment and had a good selection of restaurants and bars. Everything in the apartment was in good condition and comfortable and sitting on the balcony watching the world sail by was very relaxing. We would definately stay there again in the future."

| "Well positioned with the Marina only a 5 min walk away. Estepoana is ideal for young families and is a great base for traveling and seeing the real Spain. A trip to GIB is a must for the shopping and duty free. A car not esential but expensive to get from the airport without one."

| "Only spent 3 days here, but had a great time, the apartment is well furnished,clean & comfortable & has a super view from the balcony. (Sitting on the balcony looking at the sea was a joy).
Both my partner & l felt quite at home here & regretted leaving.
We shall be going back !"
