| "Quiet attractive location, with an excellent pool which was excellent for both kids and adults and only yards away from property. The accomodation was a home from home with plenty of space and it was relaxing to sit either on the front terrace or sunroof. The only downside being that the TV was out of use save DVDs only. (the idea being the kids watched whilst the adults got ready to go out). The commercial centre had plenty of variety and was only a short walk away, like wise for cheap but good supermarkets. The entire resort was ideal for a family with a teenager and young children and we would certainly consider returning and recommending to others. From our point of view the beaches were a little hit or miss with some good (Punta Prima) but the one at C.Mosca was full of seaweed in the water which ruined the kids swin outfits. This was for us an excellent holiday and recommend the Sunrise restaurant for entertainment and food. Small point: Confirm the transfer fare before you travel as ours increased by 90 euros compared to the website as two cars were required but this didnt spoil the holiday."

| "hi there, we spend one week in this property, which is clean and tidy, cold enough even in middle of summer (aircondition), has big roof terace with proper bbq, but , i think, the pool is making this property worthy to go, specially for youngs and kids, my son just learn over there how to swimm becouse of clear and blue water, plenty of stores to buy food and good beer San Miguel specially, i didnt like beech in Playa Flamenca, the sand wasnt yellow, the water wasnt clear enough for snorkling but is a still enough to have some fun with tides and sun, thanx Geoff, darek"

| "This is our second visit to this property and while the villa was clean and tidy we found that a number of things could be updat ed and replaced - sun loungers were quite old and not comfortable. Cushions for outdoor furniture was old and ripped and needed to be replaced. We found we could not use the roof terrace as there was no umbrella for shade and the furniture could do with an updat e. The outdoor space that holds the washing machine needs to be cleared and cleaned as every time we put on a wash we had to look at a decaying mouse beside it. Indoors we thought the villa could do with a lick of paint and clearing of cobwebs on ceilings. While all of these things certainly did not spoil our holiday it would have made a difference and would not have cost very much in terms of money or time. With so much competition for rentals I think the owner could look at the general upkeep of the property as an investment in the securing of holiday bookings. All being said the villa is in a lovely spot and the pool is fantastic we would recommend it to friends."

| "Lovely property situated near all amenities. It had almost everything we needed, albeit a couple of items that we bought and left behind for next year and of course for others to make use of. Pool beautiful and the quiet beach just down the road - just perfect. We would certainly recommend to our friends (only once weve booked!) Want to go back now!

| "We stayed here in july 2007. We are a family of 5 and found the villa to have plenty of space and very well equipped for all of us. The pool was fantastic and we spent a lot of time there, the kids loved it, very clean and not very busy most of the time. The only down side was that the kids got quite a number of cuts from broken tiles along the bottom of the pool, luckily all were superficial and were sorted out with a plaster although this didn't deter them from going straight back in. The villa itself is in a lovely quiet location with lots of bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk away. Would recommend hiring a car as there are a lot of lovely places to visit. Would definitely recommend to other families."

"The property is in a nice area with friendly neighbours. Excellent pool. Good choice of supermarkets and restaurants close by. Also a large Go Kart track. The beach is a long walk taking at least 20 minutes so in the heat of the summer it would be very wearing. The property is very comfortable and well equipped but the mattresses are hard and need mattress toppers.
We would go again."

| "Villa Jumilla was is a good location, off the main road but only a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The villa was well equipped, and the sun terrace was hugh, we enjoyed many bbq's. The pool was excellent and very well maintained. We went as two familes and all the adults had a lovely relaxing time, and even the teenages enjoyed themselves and never got bored. We had such a good time, we've already booked up for 2007."

| "This property is great value for money. The children loved the pool, which was well looked after and we appreciated the various toys that were left at the villa for our use. The welcome pack was extremely generous and the villa was very spacious for the five of us. We were provided with everything you need in a 'home from home'. It was a quiet area but close to shops/beach, etc. In hindsight, we think it would've been best to hire a car to see more of the area but there is a bus service available, which we found easy to use. The only negative is that the double bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. We would recommend this villa if you are after a relaxing family holiday."

| "A well kept, pleasant villa, close to amenities like a nice pool and a complex that has lots of restaurants and bars. If you have young children between the ages of 5 and 12, then this would be a good place to stay. The beaches are not too far, and take about 15-20 minutes to walk too. The owner is very helpfull and his local agent also. Unfortunately from our point of view, hence our disappointed expectations, (we are an older couple) it is located in one of loads of urbanisations in this area. i.e. Wall to wall villas in all directions. The area is devoid of any 'Soul'. If you don't mind being surrounded by loads of Brits and just want a beach holiday, this would be a good choice."

| "This property was excellent value for money. My family were extremely happy with the villa and there was pleny of room for the 5 of us. The villa was clean and in excellent condition. The roof terrace is fantastic and we enjoyed many bbq's up there. The pool is fantastic and well maintained. I would thoroughly reccommend this villa. The agents were very helpful and stayed up until midnight to let us in after a late flight. You have no worries about getting a cup of tea once you arrive as milk and tea are in the welcome pack!!!!"

"The villa was in a good area with many facilities nearby. The pool was very good and the upstairs patio was excellent. The kitchen was well equiped and the bathroom very nice. The villa was very clean and spacious and the children liked the TV with all its stations.
I did find the bed quite uncomfortable especially after a touch of sunburn. The walk to the beach was rather long and it was difficult to cross the dual carriageway to get there."
