| "Generous space and well laid out. Good appliances - both quality and range. A house hair dryer would have been useful as mine did not work very well with an adaptor. Great view. Pool smaller than expected but OK. Pool guy a bit heavy handed with the chlorine. Quiet location but not too far from the parks. Overall a good choice."

| "My family and I have had a wonderful holiday using this villa. There is a magnificent view of the lake from the lounge area and we enjoyed watching the local wildlife. We saw ducks, fish and some lovely wading birds. The villa was very clean on our arrival and there were plenty of towels for our use. The location of the villa was very safe as it is a gated community and it's about 25 mins from Disney using the 192 and then SR 535 and then SR 536. We found this the quickest way into Disney. We found the whole process of booking and getting to the villa very easy following the instructions given to us. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends and family."

| "A lovely clean villa in a safe gated golfing community. The views were wonderful over the lake with many birds visiting and wonderful sunsets!
A great base for all the disney and universal attractions. We did grab a few days relaxing by the great pool - we hardly saw the neighbours so it was very private.
Woud recommend this to family and friends and would be very happy to return again."

| "My family and I more than enjoyed our stay.
We were loved the pool area, and the lake was very comforting as we sat to enjoyed our morning coffee, watching the fish jump and the ducks fly.
The kitchen was our main point as we cook the entire time.
We would love to visit again.

| "Really nice and clean. everything was just as discribed in the ad. Everything in the house worked. The only thing that was a disapointment was the heat on the pool. It would not run when the outside temp drop below 60 or something like that so we stayed in Janurary and it was cool and the heat wouldn't stay on long enough on some days.
I will be back soon.

| "We were very pleased with the overall size, location and cleanliness of the villa. It met all expectations and the description of the lake etc were all accurate. The villa is in a lovely setting and we enjoyed a very relaxing holiday. We would like to return with more family at a future date.
Our only 2 points:
1. We spent and hour and half trying to locate it when leaving the I4. Maybe that was just us and not your directions though! It's helpful to get a direct route map from the net before leaving.
2. My husband fished while we were there and caught nothing. Is there any way the lake could be stocked with Bass?!

"We stayed in this Villa last fall during one of our regular trips to Disney. The view of the water reserve from the living room is spectacular - one of its greatest features. The home has a nice spacious open floor plan - with three different living areas where people can gather - breakfast nook, game room, and living room. We plan to return to this home in 2005.
