| "This property exceeded our expectations. The photograph of the outside does not do the accomodation justice as the terrace is very large and although the appartment is above a laundry , you are completely unaware of this due to the lovely garden.
It was really useful to have the owner living onsite as he was extremly helpful in directions and local buses. The provison of breakfast things in the fridge upon arrival was very thoughtful and goes a long way in making this appartment good value for money.

| "The apartment is exactly as described and is good value for money. The owner Mr Foretic is very helpful and will answer any questions you may have about dubrovnik. The property is quite small however the outdoor area is much bigger than on the photos and can be used almost as an extra room.
The walk to and from the old town will keep you fit and will take approx 15 mins downhill there and 20 mins uphill back and it seriously is uphill.
The air con is very effective and you can use the laundrette below to wash your clothes which is owned by Mr Foretic
All together a lovely little apartment in a good location with a helpful owner who will also book you a taxi to and from the airport if required (cheaper than getting one at the airport and will cost approx 200 Kuna) and lovely dog Bepo.

| "We had a great time in this lovely apartment. It totally met our needs for the holiday. It is relatively small but housed four of us comfortably as the personal outside terrace, covered with vines and flowering branches could be used as a third room for eating, sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. The owners gentle dalmatian Beppo often provided us with company. The apartment is in a ideal location, a short walk from the beautiful old town. The route back to the house is quite a steep uphill walk so you will be able to walk off the large quantities of delicious seafood and pizza eaten at restaurants accurately recommended by Mr Foretic. On our arrival the house was fully stocked with breakfast for the next day, as well as other nice touches. The owners went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and provide small extras such as a change of fresh towels halfway through the week, freshly baked cakes and fruit from the garden. The apartment was excellent value and we couldnt have wished for a nicer place."

| "A nice appartment with effective air conditioning, an excellent terrace (exclusive use) and a very helpful and considerate owner.
Minor points to note if considering renting it are that you would have to be very fit to make it back from the old town in 10 minutes (20+minutes is more realistic given the climb) and it is located above a busy laundary.
However, these did not seriously detract from our enjoyment."

| "This is very good value budget accomodation. The inside of the apartment is compact but comfortable. The outside terrace is situated in attractive gardens. Mr Foretic, the owner, is very helpfull and will provide any information or assistance you need. Expect to make friends with Bepo the dalmatian who wags his tail and his friend the cat. We spent a very enjoyable ten days here and plan to return. The old city which is incredible is a fifteen minutes downhill walk away, bit longer uphill return. There are steps you will need to negotiate up. down and around Dubrovnik. Beware tourist traps particularly restaurant touts, the Brandt City Guide to Dubrovnik was invaluable including places to eat and drink. Best restaurant Lokanda Peskarija at the old harbour, just seafood, ten pounds sterling per head for food and house wine. Not to miss the islands of Lokrum and also Lopud for the sandy beach."

| "Great apartment with a pleasant outdoor terrace. Very well equipped with extras that make a short stay so much better - like fresh coffee and a coffee maker. Ivan the host was extremely kind, helpful and hospitable, and the home baking and provisions that greeted us on arrival were greatly appreciated! Well located, an easy walk to old town and beach. Dubrovnik and indeed the whole of the Dalmatian coast were beautiful. Highly recommended and excellent value for money."
