"This is a fantastic property. It is well equipped, very clean, and excellently situated for visiting Paphos and other areas."

"The villa was lovely, excactly as shown on site. Very nice touch to have a welcome pack waiting (bread, milk, eggs, butter, tea, coffee, wine & beer). Nice quiet location & lovely pool. 10 min walk to bus stop on the main road (or about 1hour walk to Kato Phafos). Local pub (King Oddessey) was very friendly & great food. We never had one bad meal, but would recommend, Sisyfos, San Marinos & for lunch Hardeys (down near harbour) & of course Fat Mamas great for family fun! Jeep safari is a great trip to do! Fantastic holiday! Would also like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Michelle, who went out of her way to help us."

"A lovely well equipped apartment, on a quiet complex. Photos are spot on, what you see is exactly what you get. The local on site pub, The Odysseus, is within a couple of minutes walk, great for pub grub, big portions and very reasonably priced. Great welcome pack with essentials and more, a lovely touch especially when arriving later in the day. Nice large swimming pool, but too cold in April for us softies! In under 10 mins you can be on the main road and get a bus to Kato Paphos one way or Coral Bay the other. We walked into Kato Paphos, but it took just under an hour, but plenty of bars and restaurants alot nearer, was charged 10euros for return taxi ride. Enjoyed the Karlina restaurant, friendly service and lovely food. Panicos taxis provided a great service for the airport transfer. Wouldnt hesitate to return and highly recommend."

"Very clean and tidy apartment. Beer, wine, eggs, bread, milk, tea and coffee all waiting for us on arival! Great value for money and within walking distance of all of the major things that Paphos has to offer. All in all a great stay and really good value for money."

"Lovely clean apartment. Air conditioning and ceiling fans. Nice quiet location which made for a peaceful break. Pool checked every day and pool area well maintained and kept clean and tidy. Michelle who came to change sheets after the first week was very pleasant and helpful. We would most definitely recommend and hope to return next year. Car hire definitely recommended though. Only real drawback was nothing to do with the apartment, but a cockerel who seemed to think he should crow all night, not just at dawn - but he wont be there for ever!"

"Very well equipped apartment, quite spacious with very comfortable beds and having Sky TV with BBC and ITV stations was a big bonus. Just a few steps from the pool and peaceful and quiet. The welcome food pack left by the cleaning lady was excellent. Could do with a mirror in the double bedroom, and bathmats in the bathrooms, but otherwise excellent. You do really need a car here though if you do not want to be tied to buses and taxis. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends."

"The property was very clean and well looked after. The complex was near to the local amenities, but not too close that you would be disturbed, making it very relaxing. Overall a very family friendly property and location."

"Very nice apartment with all the home comforts you need, loved the way the pool was right outside the apartment. The only thing it needs is more shops locally. But overall very pleased with my stay."

"We have just returned from 3 weeks at Suntrap and we have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment is as described and was spotless upon arrival where we found an adequate welcome pack waiting for us. Suntrap has been an ideal family holiday for us with 2 young children and we have already decided when we shall return next year. Well worth a visit!"

"We have an excellent holiday and the apartment was very good value for money. We would have no hesitation is rebooking this property for another holiday in the future."

"We stayed for 10 days in june and found the appartment was everything we wanted, the welcome pack was a nice touch as we arrived quiet late and had not been to this area before so we had no need to rush to a shop. The centre of pafos is easy to reach by the buses which run every 15 minutes from the stop near the petrol station. A short walk from the appartment there are plenty of eating places catering for all tastes we enjoyed the kalino opposite the tomb of the kings and the devonshire 50yds up a side road near the petrol station.Because of the location of the appartment we would advise you to hire a car as taxis can be expensive and car hire is fairly cheap, as the advert says this is a suntrap and was very quiet which is what we wanted."

"A fantastic apartment, beautifully clean and all bedding, towels and cleaning were also replaced/done after the first week. Thanks to the two girls (you were great!) Lovely to turn up and find essentials in the fridge. The pool couldn't have been better. IWe will definately return. Thank you for a fantastic holiday"

"We had a great time the apartment was just great it had everything we needed. Thre were some shops and resturants within walking distance, the pool was always clean and well looked after. The sun was on the apartment none stop hense the name "suntrap". I would go back to this apartment and would recomend it to family and friends. Also we felt very safe here with our 2 young daughters. Thanks for a great place to stay.."

"On arrival we had a welcome pack and were delighted at the position and layout of the apartment. the photos did not do it justice! The pool is a stones throw from a delightful patio area, which is bathed in sun from mid day to sunset. The apartment had air conditioning which in summer is needed to cool off from the heat, (not all apartments had this luxury). We had our sheets and towels changed twice within our 2 week stay, and always had contact numbers should we need them. We did hire a car to explore further afield but there are shops and bars within a short walk, all of which serve good food. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again. the best we have had as a rental. Just go for it!"

Review submitted by David from Colwyn Bay (Submitted: 05/07/2006)
"The apartment is of a good quality and, with it being on the ground floor, very convernient for the pool - just across the patio and down some steps. The amenities within the apartment are very good and of a decent standard. The pool and pool area were spotless and I'd have no hesitation in recommending this apartment."

Review submitted by Justine from Suntrap (Submitted: 20/06/2006)
"Everything was great. Position, facilities and the arrival pack was a lovely touch. Car is fairly essential as buses are a little erratic and taxi's can get expensive but out of summer months the lengthy walks to town may be easier to bear."

Review submitted by Glenis and Jon from Leeds (Submitted: 31/10/2005)
"Only possible negative of the apartment is the fact there was no safety deposit box for peace of mind. Only a minor point. If there was a safety deposit box, it was so well hidden we could not find it! Walk to shops and bars no problem and easy access to good bus service. Swimming pool absolutely freezing. First visit to Cyprus and disappointed with the beaches. Quite a lot dearer to eat out than Spain. Would stay here if we go to Cyprus again, spotlessly clean and quiet. 10 out of 10 for the apartment."

Review submitted by Karen from Wiltshire (Submitted: 20/10/2005)
"On arrival the apartment was clean, tidy and very well equipped (although no hairdryer!), with Welcome Pack which was much appreciated. The patio area was comfortable and large, easily accomodating the patio furniture with room to spare. The pool and pool area were spotlessly clean, with plenty of sunbeds. Local shops and places to eat within 20 minute walk. Paphos Town and Harbour areas further than anticipated 50-60 mins walk, although regular buses were seen. Paphos we found to be much busier and more commercial than the smaller Greek Islands we have visited in recent years."

Review submitted by Margaret from Bury Lancs (Submitted: 12/09/2005)
"The apartment was well appointed and in a great position on the ground floor which enabled us to pop in and out of the pool to cool down from the fantastic Cyprus sun. On our arrival we were thrilled with the quality of the welcome pack and how fresh and clean the apartment was. We would certainly recommend it to friends, infact we already have. "

Review submitted by Mike from Worcester (Submitted: 04/08/2005)
"In terms of the presentation and the facilities in the apartment we were extremely pleased when we arrived. Being a ground floor apartment close to the pool meant that it was ideal for children. They could go back to the apartment during the hottest part of the day while we were by the pool and they could swim in the pool while we were eating on the patio. It was the first time ever we'd found Greek air-conditioning that actually worked sufficiently and the accommodation was exactly as described. You do need a car (or at least be prepared to use buses and / or taxis) if you have kids and want to get to reasonable beaches and Paphos harbour area. There are a handful of shops and bars within a 10-15 minute walk and it's a nice quiet location with no noise at night. Although we found Cyprus in general to be more expensive and less enjoyable than other Greek Islands we've been to, the accomodation couldn't have been better. 10/10"

Review submitted by Judith from Suntrap Paphos (Submitted: 22/07/2005)
"Very well equiped, nicely furnished and has two bathrooms, which are really useful. The air conditioning works well. Lovely pool, and very warm. Being in a corner means you are overlooked from several other apartments and it is easy to hear everyone. If you want somewhere well away from the tourist areas Suntrap is ideal. The nearest couple of shops and few restaurants are a 15 minute walk. You can also get the bus here which goes to the main tourist areas. You really need a car if you don't like walking."

"I must say we were nervous about booking something like this ourselves but the whole experience from start to finish was pleasurable and went like clockwork. I have already recommended Villarenters and this Apartment to our friends and work colleagues. I intend to return as we visit Cyprus once or twice a year at the moment. We had a small teething problem with the property but this was resolved quickly and efficiently by the apartment managment company appointed by the Owner. As the property was new and bedding in this was only to be expected and did not upset us in any way. Thoroughly and wholeheartedly recommended - Many thanks"
