| "We stayed here for a month in July 2009. We had an absolute fanastic time, It was a home from home. i cried leaving at the end of the holiday. The vila was in a larger housing estate than we expected but other than that the location was ideal but a car is essential to get to nearby towns and shops. We have a mixed age group family and the older children found the area too quite and too far from the night life (discos etc). The younger children had everything they needed at the villa ie pool, sky, dvds, books and games. Peter, the contact at the villa was wonderful and we would have been lost without his knowledge and kindness,
We will definitely be coming back next year !!"

"Beautiful villa situated in a very quiet area with stunning views. Accomodation very comfortable with everything you will need on a holiday. Pool was ideal for small children under supervision as it had step at one end. Did not expect to pay extra for bed linen and cleaning which made the cost of the hire rise by 100% more than it was initially advertised for. A car is essential as the villa is situated up a very steep mountain road. No night life to speak of so if you want peace and quiet this is the villa for you. The key holder was very helpful. All told we had a very enjoyable holiday."

I have emailed Susan to discuss this but have had no reply. We do not loa d bookings by 100%. Our clients range from couples to families of 8. As we have the bed lined professionally laundered and in the interests of keeping our prices as low as possible whilst offering a good standard of accommodation we felt it was fairest to charge per person for the linen, this is only £10 per person. Clients book our villa for a few days up to a number of weeks. Again we wish to offer a good standard of accommodation so rather than build in a cleaning cost for every week booked we decided to charge per booking as the amount we are charged for the cleaning is the same regardless of how long or how many people have stayed. The cleaner, who Peter, our manager, employs, is aware that we expect a good standard and as such we pay for more than just a quick wipe over. In all these extras would not increase the cost of the booking by 100%. I think Susan has forgotten about the Pool Heater cost that is an optional extra that we invested in for those clients that wanted a warm pool all year round, I also think she has forgotten about the returnable security deposit of £250 that we do not see unless something is not right, this money is held by Villarenters and automatically sent back unless we inform them they has been some damage or other issues, which is not the case with Susan’s booking as she like most people looked after the villa well. The extras that Susan requested and the £250 deposit may have made it seem like a lot of money in extras, but the £250 was returned and hopefully Susan and her party enjoyed the warm pool. I hope this explains the situation as we were very disappointed with a negative review.

| "We enjoyed a wonderful week here in June 2009. The villa is extremely well kept and equipped, and has everything you would need. The photographs really do not do the villa or location justice - the views are lovely and its very quiet. Pool was great for the kids and nearby beaches clean and empty. Very large shopping complex within 5 minutes drive. Monroes Carvery at the bottom of the hill is good value and the food is great."

| "Very clean and modern property. It had everything we could ask for, heated pool, dishwasher sky T.V and great views. The owner was also increadably helpful, we will especially choose to go back to this villa for the heated pool, we did have one day of rain and this meant we could still use the pool. Lovely villa which we would definately recommend"

| "Great set up, well equipped house / villa.
The Pool was excellent and warm with various pool toys / lilos etc.
Well appointed kitchen with everything needed to make the most of the cheap yet fresh and delicious sea food on sale in the near by supermarket.
Very comfortable lounge / dining area, was very surprised that we could watch BBC1, Eurosport and other channels from the UK.
Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect for a family or group of friends.
All located in an ultra quiet location, although there were a lot of houses nearby, you could hear a pin dro p during the evening.
The perfect location for a quiet restfull break.
Best beach was at Arenal which was a 15 minute drive away (car rental is essential), the local supermarket (Mas Y Mas) was 2 minutes drive and had excellent fresh food and everything you could need for a holiday. Although dont touch the boil in the bag Paella that comes with the free Paella pan - its rotten and your far better off buying everything fresh.
Look forward to going back soon as it had everything my wife 2.5 yr old daughter and myself could want from a sun, sea and pool holiday."

| "We had a very nice stay in this villa. The area is quiet. The views on the mountains are very nice. The sea is more difficult to see. The house is nicely decorated and the fact that each bedroom can regulate its own air conditionning is a real plus. A huge saucepan, for family size pasta dinners would be great.
Finding the place is tricky because the sign "gata residential" cant be seen easily. When you reach the top, there is an "alarm company" on the left. You need to keep going to enter the residence. Updating your GPS may be a good idea because a lot of roads are being built at the moment.
Denia is some 10 km away. It offers huge white sand beaches. javea is also quite close but we found the beaches are more populated and the whole village has an "English touch". With English food, bars... Denia is more local.

| "The property is in a very nice location with amazing views of the mountains and surrounding area.
The villa is furnished to a high standard, with everything required for a great and relaxing holiday.
It has a fantastic American fridge-freezer with plenty of room for all the essentials, e.g. Sangria, Vino, Cerveza and, of course, food.
We would definitely recommend villa Casa Vista for a great holiday."
