Thank you Thorpe Family for the use of your marvelous home in Kissimee.It was in a great location for our family Disney experience.
We, the Whiteley family, from Australia and New York, have enjoyed the Florida experience more so because of this house.
Your attention to detail, coping with the needs of 3 generations show a great deal of thought and planning. We knew what to expect from your excellent web site and are now converts of Disney as well as 4523 Philadelphia Cr.

| "12 of us have just returned from a 2 week stay and well what can we say but wow. we we not under each others feet at all, with facilities for all ages at the house. The pool was fantastic for relaxing after the long days in the park, and the kitchen was well equiped so we didnt have to eat out all the time. Great location, the house speaks for it self, highly recomended we shall return."

| "Property was just as described on the website. Tastefully furnished & in a nice location.
Lovely large pool.
Excellent free long distance calls & free Wi Fi, really useful.
Will definitely be booking again in the future when we return to Florida.
Couple of gripes: Bedding Outer Covers a bit Grubby & need a good clean.As well as one or two other places in house but overall very clean.
Safe not working. Rang management company & they failed to turn up, pity.
But overall a brilliant place to stay wish we were still there !!

| "This is a fantastic house with spacious rooms and plenty of entertainment to keep everyone happy.
The property is well maintained and the kitchen is well equiped. I even enjoyed doing the washing using the big american machines.
The spa pool is just what you need after a long day around the parks.

| "This was our second stay at the villa and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The standard of the villa,its facilities, amenities & cleanliness had been maintained. It is a credit to Catherine, Mike & their management company. I would gladly recommend to anyone, I suppose the best recommendation is the fact that we returned for a second stay & would do so again in the future.

| "Our fun filled vacation has been made even more spectacular because of this beautiful,quaint villa, not only does your wonderful home have a cottage like appearanceon the outside, but it's deciveingly spacious within.
my family and I truly thank you for allouing us to stay in this more then five star home we thoraughly enjoyed the luxury of having our own pool, and there were actually enough beds to host two parents and six children, which is a necessity not always available.

| "The house was exactly as described on the internet and looked exactly like the pictures. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and well-maintained. The interior of the house was extremely roomy. We had 3 families staying there, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The game room was a hit for the children. Ample bed linens and towels were provided. I wish there had been more large pots in the kitchen, baking pans, pizza pans and cookie sheets....there were none of these, just small pots. Our only "problem" were the neighbors to the left...for 2 nights in a row they were in their pool from 11:00pm onward. We had to go request that they "keep it down" so that the children could sleep. Overall, I would recommend this home to anyone. Thanks."

| "after such a long flight what a welcome, all the christmas lights and a wonderful tree. the house was immaculate with every room dressed like a show house.there was everything we needed in the kitchen to cook plus more.the pool was lovely and heated i couldn't get my daughters out of it.and as for the games room well it was a boys/mens heaven plenty of late nights in there.all in all the house was as much of a holiday as disney itself."

"I think the home was beautiful! The house keeping company needs to be re-evaluated. There were hairs on the sheets, food inside the outdoor grill (we notified the company and nothing was done), the light fixture in the linen closet was not flush with the ceiling but hanging down. The white woodwork was very dusty.
It is probably not the job you are paying for.

| "I have rented some 6 times before and found your property to be the best yet! The pool heat actual worked well and was comfortable the entire stay, the big screen tv made me feel more like I was at my own home, the game room was just great for me and the kids, the house was very clean, the layout was perfect and the location was just right.
