| "The villa was in an excellent location for us.
Everything we needed for a self catering stay was available in the villa right down to a pizza cutter!! Inside it was spotless and very well kept.
The outside area was lovely and the community pool was very nice and very close.
The communication from the owners was excellent.
We will definately be using this villa again, in fact everytime we visit our relatives we would stay here.

| "Beautiful villa in a clean and quiet residential street, very close to a few bars and restaurants and 5 minutes car journey to the beach. There is also a lovely communal pool which is very clean. I would love to go back to the villa and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to friends.

| "This property had everything we could possibly need and all to a very high standard. It was conveniently located for Guardamar and surrounding areas. The Urbanisation, although a little too anglicised, was clean, quiet and had excellent facilities.
The villa itself was beautifully presented and had an excellent supply of towels, linen, kitchen equipment and beach accessories.
We had a fantastic holiday and wouldnt hesitate to rent again.

| "Nice clean house, reasonably well equiped. Handy for swimming pool (pool rules are a bit stringent and it closes very early at night). A welcome pack was not offered - possibly because agent knew we live locally and would be able to provide for our guests."

| "The villa was very comfortable, the air conditioning being a real bonus and the pool was excellent. However, it is a very quiet area apart from the occasional noise from other areas locally that are still being developed. Local facilities are limited at the moment and the advice that a car is essential is correct if you want to access the beach, Guadamar etc."
