| "The appartment was exactly as specified, excellant location and fairly well equiped. HOWEVER, we were stranded in tarifa with no where to stay at 11 pm at night after the agent didn't turn up with the key. His excuse [the next day as the 'emergency phone number' was switched off the evening we arrived] was that he forgot. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. It took us 2 hours of our own hard work, waking up the neighbour, finding a spanish interpreter, expense with numerous foreign calls and a lot of stress to gain entry, and to top it off we have been offered no compensation for this mess up. I advise you change your agent."
