"Apartment is a good size and the outside balcony is very large. Apartment was clean and tidy and pretty much as described on the site. The apartment is up a long and steep hill so you either need a car or lots of stamina! Very quiet location with no night-time noise from any neighbours - absolute bliss in comparison to staying in hotels, in our experience.
The only downsides were that the air conditioning unit performed *very* poorly (which was a big disappointment, to be honest) - very difficult to sleep at night. Other minor niggles were that there were no spare sheets for the beds and the washing machine door seal was covered in black mould.
Locally, Mojacar is great and the water park at Vera is fabulous, the kids loved it."

Thank you for taking the time to write this review Phil and I apologise for the difficulties you had with the air con. I have asked the management agents to go in and check the system immediately. Any problems will be resolved.
Further, I have instructed that the rubber on the washing machine be replaced. The washing machine is less than 1 year old but apparently they develop mould when left for long periods between guests. I was unaware of both these problems, so thank you for bringing them to our attention.
The apartment is advertised as up a steep hill and I also tell guest that a car is highly recommended. I will review this information on the website to ensure it is more obvious to future guest.
The apartment is fitted with clean bedding and the cleaner brings a change of bedding half way through a guests stay. We had never considered it necessary to provide spare sheets but will do so in the future.
Numbers for the cleaner and handyman are provided in the apartment and guest are encouraged to contact them with any issues. You would have been welcome to call them regarding the air con, washer and sheets.
I appreciate the issues you raise but I would encorage guests to contact me or the management agents in the future to at least give us a chance to address them... before printing this on an open website. I was a little disappointed with this and felt it slightly unfair.
This is a family run self catering apartment. It is modern, clean, spacious, has all mod cons including free sky tv and free air con. The apartment is excellent value as you point out and as such holidaying in this way does require some sacrifices of the services you might get, for example, in a hotel.
I am pleased that you were satisfied overall with your stay and hope you would visit Mojacar again.

| "Firstly Diane is very friendly and excellent to deal with, and very prompt at repyling to emails.
Great apartment with fantastic views out over the Med. Watch out for the pod of dolphins in the bay. Pat and Ray who greet you when arriving at the apartment are great, very friendly and informative. Nice apartment, very good value for money. The TV video in the twin bedroom was a great bonus and kept my 3 year old son occupied. Having two bathrooms was great especially as my group consisted of 2 couples. The restaurants in Mojacar are very good; we didn’t have a bad meal. Also the beach is great. This is my second visit to Mojacar and don’t tend to go to the same place twice so it defiantly gets the thumbs up from me and I would recommend this apartment / resort.

"Views from apartment excellent and pool close by a real bonus. The apartment is functional, clean and tidy but would benefit from a couple of easy chairs and some additional crockery. The balcony is well equiped and the sunbeds are a nice touch. Having two bathrooms is excellent when 4 adults are sharing the apartment. The beaches are superb, clean and uncrowded. The variety of restaurants is surprising and generally the standard of food is very good. Perhaps one improvement would be to install an Air Conditioning unit in the main bedroom. All in all a very enjoyable holiday."

"A super appartment, in a quiet area but not too far from all amenities. The view when you open the curtains in the morning is glorious. Nicely furnished, the two bathrooms are ideal for families. A lovely large terrace from where you can sit and sip sangria, whilst gazing at the shimmering Med."

"If your looking for somewhere to stay that is very clean, well catered and quiet yet only a few minutes from good facitilies this is perfect! I arrived with my girlfriend and another couple fairly late in the evening, and were greeted with a very warm welcome and everything we could have wished for to start our holiday; food inc wine and beer. The apartment is spacious, perfect for a family and we found for 2 couples also, even though the second room had twin beds you can push them together. And a fantastic balcony with amazing views!! The pool was perfect, only a few meters away, and had it to ourselves most of the day. We hired a car for the week as we were prewarned about it being on a steep climb but didn't have any problems and it worked out to be very good value to rent (carjet.com). Restaurants and bars are only 10mins walk away (couple of mins by car) and the playa strip is huge, plenty of choice. Recommend the Moon bar for drinks with a spanish, chilled flair, and there's a really good italian restaurant just before on the same side. We ate most nights and couldn't fault the food, everywhere was very good and reasonably priced. Also, find the time to visit Majorcar village which is 15mins drive. Amazing spanish mountain village, plenty of small shops and breathtaking views. Would definatly recommend to others and would love to go back!!"

"We loved this appartment, it was very clean & modern. the views were lovely and we found it to be very quiet which is what we required. The extra tv & video in the childrens room was a plus, the hotel Marina was fantastic for the children for day time & evening entertainment. The appartment was easily kept cool. On arrival although we arrived very late we met a warm welcome, especialy the cold beer in the fridge and other provisions ie:lollies, milk,bread, tea , coffee. We hired a car which proved an easy option from the airport £100 per week, the appartment is up a steep hill but would not prove to be a problem only a 5 min walk from the hotel which also runs a regular bus service. There was plenty of info on where to eat & we highly recomend The Argentina Steak House. Would deffinately reccomend to friends & family."

| "Amazing apartment, we couldn't believe the view when we looked out in the morning - - excellent value for money, 6 of us stayed comfortably for £250 in high season 2004.
The apartment has all you need to enjoy your holiday.
The pool is directly outside apartment and was almost always empty,
The local beach was perfect snad and great for the children,
The local resteraunts were great too
All round excellent holiday,
Will be definately going in 2005!!
