| "Our stay in Orlando was perfect. The accomodation was immaculate and the facilities that we used were perfect. Everything was supplied within the unit plus the grocery store, nail salon were within walking distance. The drive each day to Disney and around was easy.
Staying in a townhouse in a community gated neighbourhood was definitely the best thing for us having two 10 & 8 year old boys. It let us have freedom and flexibility. Also any issues (which we did not have) are corrected by staff 24 hours a day. We cannot fault our stay at Regal Palms, it was better than expected."

"The property itself was an A+. The individual condo itself was very good, but there were a few problems...
1. No sheet for the pull-out couch, and no extra sheets.
2. No coffee filters
3. No kitchen towels or sponges
4. The air conditioner wasn't working that well
5. Shower heads were clogged, and sprayed all over when taking a shower.
6. No T.V. in one of the bedrooms, which caused the kids to fight over the rooms
None of the mentioned problems were major. All in all the condo was good. It was very spacious and clean. Thanks for a great stay!"

We appreciate feedback and the opportunity it gives, us as owners, to address any problems at our unit.
The following work was underdaken by our Management Company to resolve problems.
We changed the a/c filter and checked for any clogs. Freon levels were fine and no clogs found. All shower heads were removed and cleaned. They were reinstalled and checked.
All items working properly.
We have a total of 4 TVs/Cable, 1 in the lounge and 1 each in 3 of the bedrooms. The property as new came with 1 TV in the lounge and 1 in the master bedroom as standard, so we feel we have offered more than the basic. The TV in the lounge also comes with DVD/VCR player.
There is an onsite management company, so additional linens and towels are available from housekeeping on request.
The property is self-catering, so you need to bear this in mind when booking.
A Publix supermarket is located 2 mins from the house.
We look forward to welcoming future guests.

| "The house was huge, very clean. It was not too far from the pool but not close enough to be affected by noise. It would have been nice to have a welcome box with tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc, but the Publix is very close and open late.
We spent most of our time at Universal, which was about half an hour, but easy to get to and not an unpleasant drive.
I would recommend this house and resort to anyone."

| "THIS PROPERTY WAS ELLIGANT, TOP OF THE LINE. NO MAJOR PROBLEMS, WE ALL HAD OUR OWN SPACE AND WE WEREN'T CROWDED. THE KIDS LOVED THE POOLS. THIS WAS THE BEST VACATION THAT WE HAVE HAD. WE HOPE TO STAY HERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE."

| "We had a fabulous time during our three week stay in August at Regal Palms. The townhouse was spacious, clean and cool and just a short walk to the pool area and clubhouse. The lazy river and the waterslide were fantastic, although our son was dissapointed on our arrival as the pool was closed due to an imminent thunderstorm. All in all we had a great holiday at Regal Palms and would highly recommend the resort and hope to return next year."
