| "The facilities and location were exactly what we were looking for and everything came together to make it an absolutely wonderful experience for all of us.
The apartment was extremely clean in in "like new" condition. The property manager was very accomodating...even provided us with milk in the fridge when we arrived.
With 24 and 21 year old "children", it provided an excellent base from where we could make family day trips and they could experience some of the areas night life without becoming part of it...if you know what I mean.
The weather was simply brilliant, with daily highs near 30 and not a cloud to be seen. We made a day trip to Seville so our daughter could visit with a friend and the temperature was 38.
Chatting with the kids on the way home, we all agreed that we would certainly like to return...in spite of the distance and travel time involved.

| "This was our second stay in this lovely apartment. It is superbly decorated and has everthing required to make a comfortable stay. Plenty of places to visit locally including beaches, waterpark, historical mountain villages, Gibraltar, lots of nice places to eat etc. Unless one plans to stay at the apartment all of the time it is highly recommended to hire a car. Roads are generally very good - some of hte mountain roads are not for the faint hearted though!

| "This is a beautiful apartment, spacious and modern, and made our stay very comfortable. Like other people have mentioned, a car is a must, but the overall location is quite good, close to the coast in between Estepona and Puerto Banus on the A-7 (the motorway that runs along the length of the Costa del Sol).
The apartment was spotless, and very well kitted out:- a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, air conditioning and all the cooking utensils you could need for your stay. The apartment has two rooms, one double with an en suite, and a twin room. The sitting rooms is definitely the best feature:- spacious, beautifully furnished and supplied with sky digital, a DVD player, and which opens to a large sunny balcony that allows for very relaxing evenings.
Easy, and recommended, day trips from this location are Gibraltar (40 minutes), Cadiz (2 hours each way), Ronda and Marbella. Malaga Airport is only one hour away if you take the toll roads (labelled AP), which are well worth the money:- as most Spanish don't use them they are mostly empty and can save you a fair bit on your journey times.
We would definitely recommend this apartment:- not only is the apartment itself tastefully decorated and very comfortable, the owners and management agency are very helpful and friendly. Once you have a car, this apartment would be an excellent choice for your stay in this location."

| "THIS APARTMENT WAS THE NICEST WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN.IT WAS SO LOVELY THAT WE DID NOT FEEL THE NEED TO GO OUT IN THE EVENING.SITTING ON THE PRIVATE BALCONY DRINKING CHAMPAGNE WAS A REAL PLEASURE THE POOL AREA WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE PEOPLE AROUND WAS LOVELY.WE LOVED IT SO MUCH WE ARE NOW LOOKING TO BUY.THANKYOU SO MUCH."

| "The apartment is very nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. Plenty of space and the kitchen equipment is good.
Very big terrace with furniture in the main facade.
The only dissapointment is about the communal pool, that was not very clean, specially the first four days. The water was very turbid too. It is said to be mandatory to get into the pool shower before entering into the pool and unfortunately most of the ussers didn´t take notice of this advice and that maybe caused dirtyness in the water.
The apartment itself is however of the best standard."

| "This was our first visit to Spain and we found the accommodation well equipped and beautifully decorated to a very high standard. The grounds of the complex were well maintained and included various activities such as a swimming pool, table tennis room, sauna and gym. The gated complex gave one a sense of security.
The local restaurants served excellent cuisine and the staff were accommodating and friendly.
Places to visit: Puerto Banus, La Canada shopping centre, Heaven Beach, etc.
We found Estepona town a little too quiet and not much to do for our teenagers.
Overall we had a fantastic time and would rate this accommodation 10 out of 10 and would certainly recommend this to others.

| "We had a brilliant week at this lovely apartment. We were marshalls at the Volvo Masters in Valderrama (golf for those of you who this doesn't mean anything to). The apartment was about 1/2 hour away from the golf course and was lovely to come home to of an evening when we were all tired out. Very welcoming, superbly maintained and very much home from home. We would certainly go back again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a lovely stay."

| "apartment was fantastic but was a little isolated.
Not very much within walking distance of apartment. Although the agents were on site, they were unhelpful and gave us no information about the complex or area. People should note that if you have flights that arrive outside of "office hours" there is an extra 50 euro charge for collecting the keys. Apart from that the apartment relly was 1st class and the owners were really friendly and helpful"

| "A very nice, well equipped property in a nice location set back from the coast. The property had every facility necessary. There were some very nice touches which showed that the owners had taken great care in their choice of furniture etc - it felt very personal and homely.
The air conditioning is a real plus (and necessary)
The communal swimming pool was nice and larger than expected and the surrounding gardens though obviously recently established and not yet at their best were very nice and very well cared for.
There is a large amount of construction going on in the surrounding area (though not on the complex itself) which detracts from the views and is a little noisy at times BUT this did not detract from our enjoyment of the property.
The local service provided by the owner’s agents is very professional, personal and friendly.
Its location is ideal in that it seems to be on the ‘border’ between the more commercial Marbella side and the more traditional Spanish resorts going towards Gibraltar.
The whole family enjoyed the apartment and the surrounding area very much and we will certainly use it again.
