| "Beautiful apartment. Tastefully decorated. Contained everything we needed during our stay. The bed was comfortable/large and better than other apartments/beds we viewed on our stay. The views are amazing from the balcony. We also liked the fact that it was on the 4th floor which is the floor you enter the building. The building is secure and situated in the middle of everything - you can walk anywhere and find what you need. The apartment also has a parking stall. We did wish there were screens/blinds on the sliding doors so one could leave the windows open at night. Would definitely recommend this apartment."

| "we had a wonderful time at your apt, my husband is disabled and as we didnt go out much at night the tvs were a bonus, also being able to use a washing machine saved a lot of time as i had no dirty clothes when i got back home, thank you, and we hope to come back soon,"

| "We used the meet and greet service provided by the same company and found that great as he took us straight to the apartment and had the keys.The apartment was lovely with fantastic views just as the picture`s show. All the furniture is to a high standard however i feel that the apartment could do with less furniture in the lounge area. The bookcase that is used as a display cabinet, the chest at the side of the tv and the freestanding fan were not needed and would make the apartment appear bigger.I did not open out the bed sofa`s but did think it would be extremely tight will all the unnessary furniture. On a previous review it mentioned that there were only 2 wine glasses, a big one and small one, this was still the same but i did think i`d read this had been rectified. On the whole a small but adiquate apartment that i will use again."

"This was my 5th time in staying at these appartments as always we had a lovely time.
The appartment we found was very comfortable, but could have had a better selec tion of wine glasses the total amount was 2 which one was extremly large and the other was very small (a little embarrassing when you invite friends in for a drink before going out to dinner). The washing machine was a great bonus as we were staying for 2 weeks. It would have been nice for the T.V. in the bedroom to be tuned into english chanells. We found the remote control for the fan in the bedroom a bonus, being a littel short I always stuggle to reach up to the fans to regulate them. It was nice to see an air conditioning unit there to use if needed.
I am now thinking about booking again for Easter and bringing friends with us. However I have warned them that the swimming pool is not heated."

Thank you for your feedback. Your 5th time to the apartment should be testimony enough for other people.
Sorry about the wine glasses - they do get broken over time and I am sorry that people that smashed them dont replace them. Our management team do an inventory every 3 months - they have now bought some more.
Just one last point - the pool is DEFINITELY heated. You mentioned this to me after your last visit, but I can 100% guarantee the pool is heated. It may not be like a jacuzzi (that some people expect) but trust me its a fair few degrees warmer than a normal one. (Try dipping your toe into the one next door and then youll see the difference!).

| "Its in a very good location with many restaurants and supermarkets extremely close by.
Beautiful walks in both directions along the sea front.
Considering how busy the place was it was still peaceful.
Very good sun terrace and pool area.
The English tv channels were an added bonus for those not wanting to stay out late at night.
The only negative point about our holiday was the free car park next to the apartments which on a few occasions was a bit of a nightmare."

"We enjoyed our stay, the flat was comfortable and we love the situation.
Possibly one small critique was to do with the small number and quality of the glasses and the absence of cleaning material. However as long as there were only 2 people it was manageable. With a small amount of extra effort I would upgrade my review"

Thank you for your feedback - it is much appreciated. I know how much you like the place as this is your 3rd visit Thank you for your continued custom.
The number of glasses must have diminished considerably since our visit in Sept (07). I have checked with the management team and there are 4 tumblers and 4 wine glasses (there were a lot more when I was last over) so I have asked them to buy some more good quality ones. I am sorry for any inconvenience. Incidentally, one phone call to me or to the management would have seen some extra glasses provided straight away.
The apartment is fully cleaned and prepared for our guests. It's a self catering apartment and normally cleaning agents are left in from previous guests and continue like that on a rolling basis. I am sorry that on this occasion you were unlucky and none were left in, but as I say, it is self catering.

"A clean, comfortable and well-featured apartment albeit in a rather anonymous block. A selection of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, so no car necessary. Mostly very quite there on the seaward side although the occasional aircraft approach was surprising!"

I am not sure what you mean by "anonymous block". For the benefit of people reading this I feel this needs to be corrected. The apartments have balcony's that sit above the pool and then beyond that is the Atlantic sea. The location is absolutely stunning.
I look forward to hearing from you nexy year.

| "Appartment was excellent and extremly well furnished and added extras of washing machine and two flat screen TV were well appreciated. Only very minor niggles: We did expect a maid service once a week but managed our own laundry etc. Glasses were minumal. Locks into main building and appartment were awkward and took a little persuasion.
Can recommend this appartment to anybody without hesitation."

| "This wasn't actually our first choice but after arriving i'm glad the other appartment we wanted wasn't available! Very highly furnished apartment with everything we needed. Lovely sea views looking over the pool from the balcony.
The complex was well positioned to avoid a lot of the noise from aircraft flying by too, unlike the rest of the Golf del Sur resort.
Well recommended, would definitely stay there again"

"The pictures provided on the internet page were very acurate and the accomodation was very comfortable and the view was lovely. This was our first time to Tenerife and we were quite surprised how it cooled off in the evening. The complex we were in was excellently situated with many different types of restaurants located in the immediate area that would suit anybody's tastes as well as many little convenience type stores. Larger shopping centres were available a few miles away for fresh fish and meat purchases not available in the smaller stores. As a Canadian, one of the items we missed having in the accomodation was a coffee maker to make fresh brewed coffee. Tea towels were very limited on our arrival but OPM rep provided us with a couple more on request. The only other inconvenience was that we only had a key that opened only one of the front entrance doors and did not open any of the lower level entrance/exit doors that were close to the restaurants on the water's edge. The only way to access these was by going down and coming up a steep incline which was a little difficult for my husband to manage. Other than that we had a great vacation! - except for the extremely bad weather due to a hurricane that never before in the history of the islands had occurred and caused quite severe damage throught the Canary Islands. This of course had nothing to do with the accomodations but did add a little excitement to our holiday!!! We would recommend this accomodation to anyone."

Many thanks for your feedback and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. There certainly was some excitement with the near hurricane we experienced but bizarelly either side of this (one day) the weather was beautifully sunny!
In terms of the key to the side door, we have never received this key but I do understand that the complex is changing the lock so the front door key will fit all other locks.
