| "a realy excellent villa in outstanding condition both inside and out, all rooms are immaculate. very well equiped everthing from dishwasher to first aid kit the only thing it did not have was a safe. the pool and patio area are in the same immaculate condition. anyone who would like a nice quiet relaxing holiday you must put this villa at the top of your list."

| "We struggled to find the villa due to roadworks however the key holders were really helpful and we rang them and they gave us directions. The villa itself was lovely, well equipped for a self catering holiday. We enjoyed cooking on the bbq and dining outside. The children loved the pool and when it got too hot for them outside, the air-conditioning inside the villa along with t.v and playstation was really appreciated. There are a handful of bars in walking distance but as we had a car we tended to drive out to various places. Sadly we did have a problem with the pool and were not able to use it for the last full day of our stay however this was not the fault of the owners more a problem with the pool man who only did a half hearted job. The key holders were aware of the problem and I believe it was being resolved as we left. Overall I would recommend the villa particularly to families."

| "We have just returned from the villa Casa Amarillo and would like to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday and everything was as expected if not better. The villa was extremely well equipped and perfect in every way. We were met by Andy and Doreen who were really pleasant and helpful even though we were later arriving that anticipated. We did contact them when leaving Alicante to let them know we were running late and they could leave a key but they still waited which was much appreciated. They explained that the pool had not been up to standard and the pool cleaner had been informed to try to sort it. We feel that we must give a great deal of praise to the gentleman looking after the pool as he was there every day and after only a few days it was more than acceptable and by the end of the first week it was crystal clear and perfect. Once again, a big thank you - the villa is a credit to you and would have no hesitation in recommending it and perhaps looking to book again in the future"

| "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Amarillo !!
We stayed their for 10 days and wished we had booked for longer !!.
The villa was well equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated and furnished.
The air conditioning was great and a must in early July as you can imagine ! (35C plus midday)
We had kids of 9 & 13 and they loved the pool. For my son, the added bonus of the Playstation 2 when it got too hot was a great distraction !
The villa was well positioned close (2-3 mins walk) to a few good bars and restuarants but far enough away to be in a quiet location.
Villa Martin Square, which had a good holiday atmosphere and great choice of restuarants, was only 5mins drive away as was the small town of San Miguel De Salinas (very good market on a wednesday). The beaches in the area are fantastic and within 15mins drive is a water park(Aquapolos).
We felt a car was a must to get the most out of the holiday and local attractions.
Would definately recommend this Villa for a family holiday."

| "Stayed for a week at Casa Amarillo in September with my husband, toddler and my sister and her family. The Villa was the nicest we have ever stayed at, and in pristine condition! Very clean and tidy. Tastefully decorated and modern. Nice family villa, however be very careful if you have very young children as the steps inside and outside the villa are a hazard for them. Plenty of room in the villa and in a quiet residential area, however not very far from a few bars and resteraunts. Highly recommend the chinese which is about 5-7 minutes walk from villa and The Royal Oak bar which is newly open near to the Mercadona. The pool was attended to 2 in the week which is good.
Overall, our stay was great! felt safe as there was security at the villa and the air conditioning was a must!!!! even in september. The villa owners really catered for our needs and recommended transfer services and even baby service if we required baby food, nappies, high chair etc, great!! Thanks for a relaxing and brilliant clean stay!"

| "would first just like to say villa was absolutely brilliant, very clean and spacious and the welcome pack was great. there was 6 of us and there was plenty of space to sunbathe and eat , bbq was great as well.about a 15 min walk was the big supermarket the mercadona which will delivery your shopping for 4 euros if you do not hire a car.but i would recommend a car .but if you do not want to hire a car the buses are great you can go anywere for 1 euro .waterpark amust if you are going kids really enjoyed it.we got the bus to torreviega hospital and then a taxi to the water park which cost us 16 euros for both ways and 73.80 euros for a family of four .into the waterpark. only thing left to say is i wished we could have stayed for months and will definitely go again excellent."

| "This is definitely a 5 star property. Very clean and spacious, well equipped with a large pool, which proved to be very popular with all. the villa is in a quiet location bur only a short stroll to shops bars and restaurants. Although a car is a must for getting around and see the local sights. Ate at some great resturants in the area, must recommend "Chillies" (you wont need a starter). Will definitely be booking again next year,"

| "What luxury! We were bowled over by the villa. Everything was clean, bright and airy and it had everything you could possibly imagine. The children loved the pool and the BBQ was handy and easy to use. The weather was a bit ropey a couple of days so it was handy to have DVDs and videos to keep the children entertained. The local pubs and restaurants were reasonable and the Villamartin Plaza was superb -we ate somewhere different every time (Would definitely recommend the set menu at Mr Bigs -superb VFM!) I would definitely recommend it to anyone"

| "We are a family with 2 teenage girls (13 and 16) and were looking for a comfortable well equiped villa for a relaxing holiday. The description of the villa matched our requirements and during our stay, we were not disappointed. The villa was well equiped (but not cluttered) with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was a good size and there were plenty of different areas for sunbathing, relaxing or dinning.
The arrival instructions and contact details were very clear. We didn't have to contact anyone during our stay as everything went well. We would recommend this villa to anyone, but would advise that a car would be needed to get around.
The dogs are still there next door but don't let them put you off. They do bark occassionaly but not persistently. We are not dog lovers and they would not stop us using this villa again.
La Zenia (10 minute drive) has a lovely beach and well worth a visit."

| "Initially difficult to find, (even the local police gave wrong directions),but once settled in found everything very much to our liking.
The bedroom/bathroom arrangement, one on each two floors, was perfect for the two couples.
Great centre for our golf with several superb courses withtin easy drives and we loved the Indian and Chinese retaurants just down the road."

| "The villa was much better than expected. It was very clean and well equipped. The property is alarmed and all windows have either grilles or shutters. My children really enjoyed the selection of PS2 games and my daughter read 2 of the villas books in 6 days!! Close by (3 min walk) were a number of family friendly restaurants (we recommend - Taste of India and Peking chinese) and an Irish pub (The Priory with live entertainment). A rent-a-car is a must to get around. 5 minutes drive away from the villa is Villamartin Plazza, which is a good mix of restaurants and bars. We ate in Fussion (Itallian - Fantastic Steak!!) and Che American. 10minutes drive away is a fun Go-Kart circuit for kids & big kids. 20 mins away is the lovely harbours and markets of Torrevieja. 60mins away at Benedorm is the theme park (Terra Mitica) As we visited in the October the pool was cold, but we still braved it. Only one word of warning: The dogs are still next door, and do bark sometimes during the day (but that villa is up for sale). That being said they SHOULD NOT stop you renting this villa. | "I would recommend the Villa 100% to anyone who wishes to have a relaxing and enjoyable time away from home. The villa itself was spotless, the photos on the website do not do it justice. There was a lovely welcome pack with bread, milk etc which was perfect. We hired a car to get from the airport but down at the corner of the road there is a great irish pub, a few bars, a supermarket and an Indian Resteraunt so its not really neccessary unless you want to travel further into the city. There is a bbq in the villa and the swimming pool and tv so for us, who werent into the "touristy thing" and just wanted to relax, it was perfect. Would definitly let my friends know about this perfect home away from home. Tip - Definitly get airconditioning, its sooooo worth it"

| "We arrived with high expectations and we were not disappointed. The villa was lovely and easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 children. It is suitable for almost anyone, young and old - our party included elderly parents who benefitted from the downstairs bedroom and bathroom, and 2 children who enjoyed the TV/Playstation when worn out from swimming in the pool. For those elderly travellers we received excellent assistance from both Gatwick and Murcia.
Although there was a bar, several restaurants and shops nearby, a car is strongly recommended to get around. Villa Martin is a must and there are some excellent places to dine (Eduardos and Mr Bigs are particularly recommended). Torrevieja is also a nice day out but you would need a car.
Overall, we had an excellent time in safe surroundings with friendly neighbours - I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone or stay again in the future."

| "We arrived in the evening and the villa and pool were lit up and looked fabulous. Upon entering the villa we were pleased to discover that the villa was lovely and had everything we needed. The accommodation and furnishings were of a high standard and the villa was clean, bright and airy. The information pack provided by the owners was very helpful and gave us plenty of ideas and information that made our stay more enjoyable.
The weather was very warm, however a very pleasant sea breeze was present most days which ensured the temperature remained comfortable and enjoyable.
We are a family of 5 adults and 1 young child and found the villa suited our requirements perfectly, however the layout lends itself perfectly to almost any combination of adults/children and we would not hesitate to recommend the villa to all our family and friends.
There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and if you have a car the choices are endless. Particular recommendations are Eduardo's at the Villamartin plaza and Steak or Salmon which was either at Campoamor or La Zenia (can't remember what the area was called!) you can't miss it as there is a large selection of shops bars and restaurants on the right hand side of the road and the restaurant is about half way along - watch out for the 3 course meal for 20 euros for early eaters (before 7pm). The Italian a few doors up from the Steak or Salmon restaurant is also fantastic.

| "just got back from casa amarillo and had a lovely time. the place is absolutaly lovely, very clean and well equipped. the only problem was my 3 small children wanted to go in pool and while im sure its nice in summer it was very very very cold!!!!!!!!! so we went to beach near by, they managed to paddle in sea! would recomend a car, there are restaraunts and shop very nearby but you could see so much more with car. well worth the money and could easily accomadate 2 or 3 couples,with plenty of room. may i just add that the directions to get there are spot on, we arrived in total darkness at 1.00 in morning after a 9 hour flight delay, and having never been here before we never got lost once on our way from alicante airport with no map just the directions we were given.will be recomending this villa to our friends. thank you"

| "The property was more that what we expexted. When we arrived the property was spotless and had all the appliances required (washer / diswaher / large fride freezer / wide screen TV - it was like home from home.
For 6 peaople the Villa is very spacious.
Also it was great that there were plenty of sunbeds ( 8 in total ). The pool was really great , very clean and very well maintained by a pool man that came to check it every few days.
The Villa is also situated in a very nice area with bars and supermarkets within a 5 minute walk.
We would definately book this Villa again if we choose to go on holiday to this area.
I would recommed this to any of my freinds and I do not think that anyone would be dissappointed if they stayed in this property for their holidays.
I would just also like to add that I was very impressed with Villarenters.com web site, they are very professional and keep you well informed from your initial enquiry right through to just before you take your hoilday. I will definately use this web site for any future Villa holidays I take.

Renters experienced a number of problems with the villa which we fixed promptly; including breaking the door off the washing machine which we then quickly replaced with a brand new Whirlpool machine, issues with the hi-fi and video recorder which were both subsequently replaced, the air-con unit in the bedroom which needed re-gassing, and a broken garlic press and some knives which could have been sharper. The air-con unit in the lounge was not faulty due to a basic design flaw. It had problems with its internal drain which is necessary to allow the condensation generated by the unit to drain away. This has also now been rectified by our engineer. This was the first problem with this particular air-con unit since it was installed three years ago.

| "Excellent villa with all amenities-great location within easy reach of 3 golf clubs and the Villamartin Plaza with its good variety of restaurants.The villa was very well presented with quality bedlinens , towels etc.A nice touch was the bottle of red wine to welcome us.directions to the villa were detailed and esay to understand.
The villa was exceptionally clean and had all mod cons including 18 channel TV with Sky Sports etc.
We had a great time here and would thoroughly recommend it to others as a superb location for a family holiday."

"overall met all our requirements had excellent facilities. only problem we found was noise from dogs either side which did get a bit annoying.also having one set of keys caused problems as we could not stay out if we wanted because of alarms security etc.we would certainly recommend this property to our friends and we would also use the villa ourselves again."

Thanks for your comments. A second key would have been available from the keyholder upon request. We have now added this as an optional extra when booking the villa. It is essential to have a car if you intend to go to the beaches and explore the local area. An excellent supermarket within a short drive and several good bars and restaurants within walking distance. I would certainly recommend the house and return myself as, having rented in Spain several times before, this is the first time the house has met my expectations(and high standards). An added bonus was the superb folder of information provided by the owners, essential reading and a first in my years of renting!"

| "This is a beautiful well equipped villa, ideal location. Private pool. We have stayed before and would definately go again. Being near to a small selection of pubs, Indian and Chinese restaurant means that it isnt absolutely essential to have a car there, though obviously if you can brave the driving it does make life easier. We loved it there and the children were content in the pool from morning till night."

| "We rented at a reduced rate as we were a last-minute booking, but even at the full rate the villa is excellent value. It was very well appointed, having everything we needed including Sky, DVD etc. and was very clean. Overall, it would be very difficult to find better. The only negative point (albeit minor) was that the pool was not very private and perhaps a little 'bare'. I realise that plants are difficult to look after, but some screens and/or false plants could make quite a difference."

"We managed to get the villa half price as a late booking so superb accomodation for the money! Even at full price the villa was well worth the money.. It is immaculate! There is building work taking place reasonably close but it never interupted us! Our group was between 25-30 and found the resort of Villa Martin to be a bit Quiet but 15 euros in a taxi gets you to Torrevieja. - Matt form surrey

Casa Amarilla is a totally luxurious villa with all your home comforts, as well as lovely soft clean towels!!It was the little touches that made such a huge difference - a good selection of videos DVD's and books,the welcome pack in the fridge and the air conditioning all made it such a home from home.Im not sure the area would have suited everyone though as there is still a lot of building work going on - although we were never disturbed by any noise. We didnt have a hire car and relied on local taxis to get around - not recommended and expensive but as we were happy to spend our days in the pool at the villa it wasnt a problem to us. For anyone wanting a totally relaxing holiday, like us, the villa is ideal and I would definately go back. - Kaye from Powys"
