| "Located in a prime area of Old Town, convenient for sightseeing, shopping and all buses. We would stay at the same apartment again. Colonial Quito is efficient and the booking system is a breeze to use. All requests are handled in a no hassle professional manner. We would definitely use Colonial Quito again."

It is not a luxury apartment, but it is cozy and secure and it is on the edge of the old town with a view of the park. There is an internet connection which is a bit slowish for doing anything major, but is fine for Skype, general surfing, etc... Easy walking distance of everything in the old town, but bear in mind, there are lots of steep streets. The new town is walkable in about 25-35 minutes and you can cut through the parks. Only complaint was the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Thanks for a pleasant stay."

| "This apartment was dellightful. it was centrally located, and we could get around Quito easily with bus stops and trolleys right outside of the apartment. Our needs were met and we enjoyed our two week stay here. Cant beat the value for the price. Dee Conway"

| "This was my second time staying at San Blas #37. Once again, all my needs were met by a friendly management team. The apartment building is secure and the friendly guardias are always willing to help you. The apartment is the perfect location for a visitor to catch the Troley, Ecovia or walk the streets of Quito's colonial old town. There is an internet cafe right below the building and several markets nearby. There is a bit of noise from the street and children playing in the courtyard of the building, but unless you are very sensitive to noise, it is easy to ignore."

| "San Blas apartment #37 was perfect for a single dweller wanting a safe, secure place to stay in Quito. It was a convenient location for catching either the Ecovia, Troleybus or a taxi. There were convenience stores close by for the necesities. The view of Alameda Park and Mt. Cayambe in the distance were worth the street noise that comes with the location. There is also quite a bit of noise inside the complex as it is filled with families and young children.
The apartment manager and his staff were always available with smiles and friendly faces.
I would definitely stay there again."
