"My reason for this is that we had no hot water for four days. And also when my father got up to go to the toilet there was no lights no power and as he is disabled this was very nerveracking for him as he is unstable on hes legs. We had to boil the kettle for us to wash with. Also i had to see to the electrian when he arrived to put in a new boiler which was not until the 13th February which was not my responsabitie as this should have been done by the key holder. My friend phoned the owners to tell them this and they wanted them to check the fuse box which they should have got in touch with the key holder and ask them to go and sort this out. We have stayed at other villas and when we have had a problem we have let the key holders know about it and they have come round and sorted it out for us. WE wish to apply for some compansion regarding this matter.

We have rented our property to numerous people via a number of different web sites, & to date this is the first negative comment we have received.
The client was not left without hot water for four days, it was actually 36 hours. The boiler was replaced as soon as was possible by our maintenance company as the fault needed firstly diagnosing then the replacement boiler needed sourcing.
The electricity "tripped out" during one night, the client was informed where the fuse box was and they were then able to "flick" the fuse switch back up to bring the electricity back on.
Not withstanding the above, to prevent any uncertanty of what to do in the event of the power going out or problems with the hot water, we shall from now on advise our guests by email prior to their visit the procedures to follow should they have any problems with the electricity or water during their stay. This will ensure that we can continue to resolve any problems without delay.
We must reiterate that we always act promptly with any problems or concerns that our guests have, and we keep our clients informed at all times.

| "very short distance to the sea, that was very nice. There was enough spatce and the terrace is perfect for evenings with a glass of wine. Communication with the owners was fantastic. Thanks again for everything."

| "The Property was really nicely decorated and met all expectations. My only comment would be that it was rather far away ffrom any shops (20 min walk) and i stayed during recontruction so im sure when the complex is complete it will be a brilliant holiday home"

"Wonderful place to stay for either a family or golfing friends. Beach reminds us of when we were kids (we are now 36 & 45 yeears old!), and our young children love it.
