"A perfect place to spend a week at leisure and well situated to explore the surrounding area. A beautiful vila with all you need at hand. The owners gave us an exeptionally warm welcome and made us really feel at home. The beach is about 1 km away but there is a perfect pool. The apartment was brand new and so were all the utensils. A proud family who look after the place with their hands and hearts. At first Oasi del Borgo was not easy to find, because it is not signposted, but thanks to friendly villagers we found it. A real nice and relaxing atmosphere with plenty to see in the area. The temples in Agrigento and Selinunte, but also Caltabelotta and Siculiana are worth a visit. Great beach walks, antiquaties and perfect meals at Eraclea Minioa. Seccagrande, a small pleasant seaside town is just around the corner. In short: a perfect stay for an acceptable price. | "Comfortable, well equipped apartment, with dramatic views of the coast and fertile valley, about 20 minutes walk (3 mins drive) from a lovely beach. The owner was keen to ensure we were comfortable, and very informative. The weather at the end of May was perfect, with relatively few visitors around. So the village was very sleepy, and some local facilities were closed, but there were plenty of good restaurants, and ancietnt historic sites within an hour's drive. Our kids loved the pool."

"We enjoyed our stay and had private use of the pool which was very good. The accommodation was good, and wine glasses were provided from the owner's own cabinet. A teapot and jug were missing from utensils which would have been useful, and a cafetiere for coffee. We found the kettle tricky to use!
The location was beautiful although very quiet and the owners were very helpful without being intrusive.
The views of the sea were fabulous and the beach was almost deserted, something almost impossible to find these days!
Our party had a great holiday and enjoyed eating at the local restaurant where the locals made us feel very welcome.
We just wondered when our deposit for breakages would be refunded to us?

Thanks for your suggestions concerning kitchen utensils. As per contract the system automatically refund your deposit for breakages 14 days after your departure day. That means 06/10/07. Thank you.. Vincenzo

For next season (2007) you will find one, I think that is very important to have an oven in the apartment.
To mr Mark: Did you read somewhere that there was an oven? Why you didn't ask me while you were here?

"A beautiful and well kept property with excellent security and wonderful views. It is in a very peaceful location and a beautiful clean beach is just a 2 minute drive away. The pool was well maintained and the inside of he property is excellent.
My only reservation is the arrival arrangements. As we were not given the actual property address and the owner did not answer the telephone when we arrived, we ended up wasting our first day whilst waiting to get intothe property.

Normally it works like this: you will get the full address of the villas with my telephone number and arrival instructions when you pay the balance. When I answered to Ms Julie's phone call (about at 3pm) they was on the beach 2 minute away from the villas.
Apartment is not available in the morning on arrival (if not previously agreed). Anyway, I'm sorry if there were problems.. Next time, arrived in the village, if you forgot arrival instructions at home, to find us quickly just try to ask for the most beatifull villas in the area.. :-)
