| "We stayed in this property during July 2009 and were given a warm welcome by the people looking after the apartment.
Everything was clean and tidy although it did seem apparent that the propery hadnt been used for a while.
There were a couple of small niggles like no batteries in the aircon controller and no Sky TV - although we understood the latter issue to be a local area problem (the place was well stocked with DVDs however so this was good).
The shared pool is excellent and was never busy, despite it being the middle of July - the kids loved it!
The property is well situated and is only a few minutes drive from many beaches and restaurants and only 10 minutes or so from the main resort of Torrevieja.
Overall we were very pleased with the property and enjoyed our stay.

| "My family and I loved our short stay at this apartment. It was exactly what we had needed, it was peaceful and tranquil and the view to the gardens and pool was lovely. it is only a short walk (3 mins) to the Los Dolses plaza with a good selec tion of bars and restaurants but there is a better plaza in Villamartin which is literally a 2 min drive away. The Sky TV was not working and we understood that the whole area was down but this was a little bit of a disappointment to our son. We stayed during the last week in October, the weather was around 22 degrees each day which was great and completely unexpected. Would definitely go again and have already recommended it to our family."

| "Just got back from a week at los dolses and it was not long enough! The directions that were provided from airport to apartment were brilliant. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was immaculate and very relaxing we found it was never crowded even though we went in the summer holidays, most mornings we had the pool to ourselves. We found lots of friendly bars and restaurants at the local plaza all within a 5 min walk with plenty of variety. This was such a relaxing holiday that we are now looking at booking it again for next year. I will be recommending this apartment to family and friends. Thanks for such a lovely holiday."

| "The apartment was superb,ideal for couples and families wanting a relaxing holiday or golfers wanting golf on the doorstep,,three within 2min drive.The first week in september was idyllic,as the apartment was on the end it was closest to the fantastic pool area,which we had to ourselves virtually,so peaceful it was like having your own private villa..
The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need,there's plenty of cafes,restuarants,bars all five minutes walk away,great location for everyone, i'll definately be booking for next year .THANX Gary"

| "This apartment is in a perfect spot for everything that you need in the los dolses area ,it is a five minute walk to bars,restaurants and supermarkets.
The Pool is great and you can access it via the front or back of the apartment ,which is perfect if you have children ,The accomodation overall is of a good standard ,air conditioning was a bonus,security wise also the apartment is perfect and is a clean and tidy area (which you dont find everywhere) .
We know the area well as we have friends who live on los dolses but if you havnt been before then this is one to recommend all amenities are close to hand and its only a 5 min drive to the beaches and the weather tends to be good all year round .
Thanks Bruce we shall be booking again ."

| "Wonderful apartment, great facilities and terrific location, just a few minutes walk to the local Plaza which has many bars and restaraunts to chose from. Shopping was great brought lots of shoes!!! The Villa has a beautiful garden with swimming pool and patio area, Local beaches only a 5 minute drive away. We visited the local Bowling Club where we enjoyed a game and were made very welcome. The weather was great we will definately be returning highly recommend."

| "Would highly recommend, exceeded our expectations, spotlessly clean, beautiful gardens with three tierd swimming pool, great view to wake up to. We visited the local Bowls, Tennis and Golf Clubs. It was fantastic to sit on the beach in November 20 degrees !! . At the end of the day we enjoyed a short walk to the local Plaza where we found a wide selection of bars and retaurants. We had a wonderful time did'nt want to come home, great place will be retuning next year, great value for money all in all definate 5 stars."

| "Just returned from a 2 week stay in the villa and enjoyed ourselves so much we didnt want to come home! The apartment was very clean and had everthing we needed. The pool entrance was right beside the front door which was fantastic and also very clean, the kids loved it. The gardens were a pleasant sight to look at in the mornings while sitting on the balcony! The villa had a very relaxed atmosphere which is what we were looking for after a busy day out at the beach, we didnt get the chance to go to all of them, though we found Guardamar beach to be the best, very big and spacious (20 mins drive but worth it). lots of nice restuarants to eat out at the Los Dolces Plaza which was only a 5 min walk from the villa. Torrevieja (20 min drive) is a lovely place to see at night with plenty to do. Overall we had a fantastic time and will definately consider returning."

| "This was an excellent place to have a quiet relaxing holiday. The villa was clean, well appointed & in a nice area. You would definately need a car for this location but there is large variety of restaurants within walking distance as well as three excellent golf resorts."

The pool is right next to the apartment and the kids loved it. We liked the relaxed atmosphere of the los dolces plaza which is a 5 min walk away and eat out at the many restaurants there often. The nearby beaches (10 mins in a car) of which there are many are all very clean. In our 2 weeks we got to several of the beaches and there were still some we missed! Nearby Torrevieja (20 min drive) is fantastic at night and we enjoyed Alicante (50 min drive) too. All in all a fantastic holiday."

| "As expected from other reviews, the appartment was clean.
The pool is literally next door which was great for the kids. The pool was also very clean and never overcrowded despite our visit coming in the middle of July.
The nearest restuarants are basic but apparantly there are better ones up beside Villamartin Golf Club which we did not find out about until our last day.
Very hot at this time of year - topped 40C on a couple of days."

| "The property was absolutely gorgeous - spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location - right next to the pool. The pool was exceptionally good - very clean and a good size. The property is located in a very peaceful location, but within easy walking distance of the Los Dolses plaza and 10 minute walk of the Villamartin Plaza. Steve & Caroline the property managers were extremely helpful too."

| "We were delighted with the apartment. The location and setting, next to the pool was great. The service and advice from the key-holder was excellent. We would definitely consider returning in the summer months.
The only thing to mention was that the apartment took a few days to heat up and smell fresh, and for the first couple of nights the beds almost felt damp.However we realise that it had not been used for a couple of months"

"We rented the Apartment for Two Weeks in July 2004, We had fully intended to spend our Time exploring the Area, but where so please with the standard of comfort and Peaceful surroundings we ended up spending the whole time relaxing by the pool! There are a wide selection of Bars and Restaurants just 5 mins Walk away in los Dolses plaza and a Supermarket.
