"The property was excellent - great views, great spa, great sundeck - almost everything was perfect. Emily Griffis made the booking however it was my credit card that was charged for the booking. The internet showed a price of EUR$322.00 which was confirmed when we booked and this was the amount shown as having been processed. However on my credit card statement the amount of EUR$634.44 is appearing (this is definitely the amount of Euro dollars). Unfortunately, this has left a sour taste in my mouth about the experience of the property. I could have easily put negative descriptions in each box to attract your attention but that would not have been fair so I haven't resorted to that. In return, I would appreciate someone looking into this matter urgently because I have been charged more than double the cost which is very unfair. I await your reply.

Dear Ms. Griffis / Mr. Butler,
We (owners) do not charge your credit card, it is maded by Villarenters office.
The price of your booking is 322 EUR, and your credit card is charged with extra 300 EUR which is security deposit, and should be returned on your credit card 7 days after the last day of the booking.
Please ask the villarenters office about all details.
