| "VERY SPACIOUS.CLEAN THROUGHOUT.4 TVS IN PROPERTY WERE AN ADDED BONUS.VILLA IN AN IDEAL LOCATION FOR DISNEY.AND ONLY MINUTES FROM RESTAURANTS.WE LOVED THE LOCAL WILDLIFE ON THE ESTATE.(INCLUDING THE SANDHILL CRANES WHICH SAT AT THE END OF THE STREET) HAVE STAYED AT MANY VILLAS IN THE KISSIMMEE AREA AND THIS RATES AS ONE OF THE BEST.WILL MOST DEFINITELY RETURN TO THIS PROPERTY IN THE FUTURE."

| "Villa exactly as described and extremely well presented. Everything we needed had been considered and everything was in good working order. We have stayed on this estate several times due to its easy access to the disney parks. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a convenient quiet home from home."

"Firstly, thanks for renting us the home. It was clean, spacious, and had every convenience we could think of needing. We all had a wonderful time in Florida, and being able to return to the house after a long day at Disney was a wonderful way to relax. The kids loved the pool The house was exactly as described and depicted in the photos We definitely would recommend it to friends! - best of luck pat and Dale Johnson"

| "We chose this villa for its location which was excellent. It took around 15 mins to drive to Animal Kingdom using the Sherberth road shortcut, and the other parks were not much further.
The area was quiet and peaceful but within a few mins drive of shops and restaurants on the 192.
The villa was in good condition, clean and very comfortable. The pool was warm and in sun nearly all day. The close location made it easy to take a break from Disney and go back to the villa for a swim before heading back to the parks for the evening.
I would definitaly recommend this villa and would book it again when we return to Florida.

| "The villa was immaculate when we arrived, much better than we could have expected. The kitchen was well equipped along with separate dining and utility areas. The master bedroom was enormous, with huge walk-in closet, and the en-suite was spacious. The place was such a good size we rarely used the formal living/dining area at the front, and stuck to the casual/family area at the back.
Outside, the pool area is very pleasant and is completely screened to stop insects bothering you while you swim or relax on the loungers.
The games room came in very handy when we felt like a day off from the parks.
This villa is on a nice, quiet residential estate and is located within a short drive of the Disney Theme parks and close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants on highway 192.
Overall, we spent a very enjoyable 3 weeks there and really did not want to leave at the end of our stay. Renting a private home is much more flexible than staying in a hotel, and this particular property comes highly recommended."
