| "We went to Cyprus to get married, but did not feel like staying in a place full of tourists. Instead, we wanted to get some original, authentic Cyprus. We got it in Tochni. The house was better than expected in terms of it being absolutely separate from the rest of Niovi property. It had a shower, kitchen, bedroom, cute backyard and nobody else!
Mrs. Niovi is a wonderful lady and so is George, her son. She helped my wife a lot with getting dressed for our wedding. Very kind and decent people who you would want to see again.
Located conveniently between Limassol and Larnaca (30-minute drive each way), however the rental car is a must have! Nearest beach is about 15-minute ride.
If we ever go to Cyprus again, we know where we are staying.

| "Very nice house - all we needed, friendly/helpful host/hostess. Intimate and cosy village. In our opinion it is necessary with a rental car (which we had). Description how to find house not to good (we arrived in the middle of the noght..)"

| "A small secluded property with a private courtyard, it is nicely restored from a very old building. The owner is friendly and helpful, and his mother lives opposite. In a narrow alley at the top of an ancient hill-top village. 3 restuarants in the picturesque village but none open in the winter, the general store however appears to stock absolutely everything. Only a couple of miles from the motorway it is well placed to explore Cyprus but a hire car is essential. An ideal modest property for two who wish to stay in a traditional part of Cyprus."

| "Niovi House was the perfect property for us. With all its traditional values set in a charming unspoilt village with all the charms of yesteryear. The property is clean with all amenities and more this being the endless hospitality of Mrs Niovi who lives opposite she made our stay very memorable and we hope a friend for life. If you are looking to experiance village life and people and with the advantage of being conveniently located on the island this is the perfect location for you. We hope to return."
