| "I was looking for a home to rent so that my entire family could spend time together and go to Disney World and suurounding attactions. 7 Adults and 4 Children ages 4-3-3-3. This house exceeded our expectations on value and closeness to Disney. It is very easy to get to this property and everything you would need is very close i.e. restruants, grocery, shopping and all the Theme Parks. One day we took a trip to Coco Beach and spent the day at the Ocean (Only about an hours drive) The House is very roomy and everyone had plenty of space. The pool was great and the small round area at one end was just the right depth for the little ones. Yes there are some small problems with the property but that is to be expected when there are many different renters. You never know what you might get when you do everything over the internet, but this house was well worth the price.I would absolutly stay here again if we would go to Disney."

| "The property was very nice...unfortunately when I purchased the property I didnt realize it was in UK money, however the owner was very accomodating with me to resolve the issue. The house is very spacious, however I think additional pictures of the property should be taken to show more of the bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the master suite bathrooms was smaller than some of the regular bathrooms...while the other master suite had a whirlpool tub and a stand up shower this could be slightly unfair, especially when you travel with another couple and you have split the cost.
The appliances in the home did not work too well at all. The microwave buttons were hard to press and the dryer didnt dry clothes until after the third dry attempt.
Previous residents of the home broke things but tried to cover it up (i.e. drawers from the kitchen cabinets were broken and held together with string. Dressor drawers in the childrens room were also broken.
I think that the property management company or the owner should also invest in some new pot sets.
Regardless of all of the little things mentioned above, this did not preclude us from having a great time. The home is definitely worth the money and it was great that it was so close to the parks. We were able to come home everyday for lunch. Even though we never had time to play, the game room was also very nice.

| "Everything with this house was excellent. It is a beautiful home, very roomy, very clean, and a lot of fun to vacation there. The house was well equipped with linens, pots and pans, towels, everything you would ever need in a vacation home. All of the appliances worked well and we had nothing but fun there. The pool and hot tub also were clean and came in very handy after a long day in the disney parks. We will definately look into renting here again next time we go back to disney. It was well worth the money which actually was not at all expensive. Worth every penny and we highly recommend this property!!! You will absolutely love it!

| "I searched and searched the internet for a rental home that could accomodate my entire party (11), was the best value, and was close to Disney. This was the place! We had a ton of fun at the parks and came home each night to swim in the pool. The accomodations were perfect and the amenities made this a home away from home. We will definitely tell all our friends about this home and will be sure to stay here next time we vacation in the area."

| "The property at Indian Creek was perfectly located for any family looking to take advantage of the Disney parks and other attractions. Litterly a 10 min drive to get to Disney to avoid the tourist traffic. The house offered everything we needed. Fully stocked Kitchen for family meals if wanted/ lots of space for down time for the parents and kids. Loved the pool and spa after a long day of sight seeing we certainly felt it was easier to use our own pool than any resort facility. When we had enough of the parks we came home for a dip to cool off and recharge for the evening performances these parks offered. Overall we could not be more pleased with everything offered. The management company was even helpfull with booking our boarding passes for the plane ride home. Many restaurants just up the road for all budgets and a Winn Dixie was right at the corner for anything we could want... there was lots of tourist information at the home left by previous visitors...overall you will not be dissappointed with this home. My family will be back."

| "The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is very private. The house is very bright, spacious and well laid out. The kids love the swimming pool and they had so much fun playing in the pool on most evenings. The kitchen is well equipped (cutleries, small appliances, kitchen gadgets).
The family room is a great gathering place for everyone (kids and adults) after dinner. Having Xbox in the house is great for the kids.
Overall, our stay at this property was an enjoyable one. Your Management Office staff (Heather in particular) was helpful and pleasant.

"The home was beautiful, and seemed to be well taken care of. There were, however, a few things that were disappointing.
1. The pots and pans in the kitchen were awful. There was not a decent skillet large enough to fry more than one egg. There were pots sitting in the cabinet with rust in them. They all looked like at some point they were nonstick, but the bottoms of them were just scratched to shreds. If I had had an extra $60 I would have gone to walmart and bought a set for our use there.
2. The cover for the pool was so old and torn up we never even bothered to put it on the pool. We certainly did not want to be charged for another one if it toally broke apart while we tried to put it on.
3. The toilet in the largest master suite had a terrible smell to it. I cleaned the toilet 3 times myself the week we were there and it wreaked of urine so bad I used the hall bathroom when I could. (It's a bowl design I have never seen before, very strange.)
4. The night after we arrived (Sunday) we reported that the ice maker was leaking all over the kitchen floor. It took until Wednesday for someone to come tell us "Well, I can't see where the water is coming from ... if it's still leaking tomorrow call us and let us know"
The house was huge and we had plenty of room. Having 2 tables was so wonderful! The livingroom was spacious and the couches were so comfortable. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous and clean and we had a great time sitting in the screened-in enclosure. We really did have Disney on our doorstep! While the problems we had were quite aggrivating, we will certainly rent a villa again.

Pots and pans
Most guests never bother to cook like myself, so they get very little use and can rust, it is has been highlighted and will be replaced and the management company will now check them every 6 months.
The pool cover is only used rarely and most guests do not bother to use it, it is on the list of things to replace.
Re Ice making.
It does happen sometimes when the fidge is overfilled and the management company checked this first.
It was over the xmas period and the fridge engineer came out as soon as he was back at work that is wht there was a delay.
The drain plug had got blocked which could happen at any time.

| "You couldn't stay closer to Disney unless you were there and you certainly would not be as comfortable.
We spent two weeks and did loads - Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM, Epcot, Seaworld, and Universal - some of them twice. Last year we stayed in 4*hotels. They cost twice as much as were not half as comfortable as this home. Each morning my daughter got up and swam before we headed out for breakfast, then on to either a day of fun or shopping. Each evening we came back to this home and really recharged before heading out for an evening meal. This home is located close enough to the nicest resturants you could want and is set in a lovely neighbourhood.
I am very picky and we really had a lovely stay. I would definately go back again."

"We enjoyed the place very much. It was more then what we expected. I had a problem with the management office and the way they handled problems. It started at check in. When we asked to check in early, we were told "4:00 is 4:00". Every vacation location we have stayed in the past, be it a hotel, or a Resort all had check in times, all let us check in early. At 3:30 we were told once again "it is to early". At 5 minutes too we were allowed to check in. Once we got to the property we noticed the pool was not covered, and it was ice cold! no crib as we requested, and the ice machine was froze over. I went back to the management office only to be told they had no record of the request. I showed them the copy of the e-mail requesting the crib, and their response. The pool, and ice machine could not be address because maintenance was gone after 4:00P.M. Had we checked in early maybe something could have been done. Too make a long story short it was after countless complaints did a manager come out on Saturday 4 days later to check into the problems. We were never able to use the pool, yet we paid for it to be heated. Never have I come across such lack of "Customer Service" from a vacation management as here. Anything to do with Lowerys Vacation Homes I will stay clear of in the future."

I am sorry that you did not have a good experience with lowerys, I only get to know if there is problems when it is to late to do anything about it.
I have asked them for their comments as they are there to look after my interest and to deal with clients in my property. I know problems occur now and again but you appear to have more than most.
Re check in.
They say 4.00 because of back to back bookings to ensure that the place is clean for when clients arrive, as there is only a 5hr time window to wash and clean the villa.
Did you request an early check in, I cannot see from my records any request.
Re Pool.
With the cover off the sun will not get to the water to heat it up.
I cannot see anywhere on your booking confirmation anything about pool heating. So this would not have been sent through to lowerys.
Maybe you can send me a copy of the emails requesting it, as I do not appear to have any details. This is something I make sure that lowerys have if a customer requests pool heating so it is turned on before hand to ensure it is warm when the client arrives.
Pool heating is very expensive to run, and unless a client requests and pays for it, then it is not available.
Ice Machine
I am not sure what has happened there, I can only assume the previous guest had turned it up full thus freezing over, this is something that is not checked by the maintenance company.
Crib
Yes, the crib should have been sorted out, as it is detailed on the request form, but this is something that the client arranges direct with lowerys as they charge direct for this item.
I can only apologize again if there was problems, this is an exception to the normal and have found lowerys to be very good so I am not sure what happened in this case.

Hi Jan,
I have checked back on what the maintenance did. We delivered the crib on 2/21 which was the day that the guest checked in. The guest had requested to pay for the crib in cash upon arrival. We turned the pool heat on 2/19, we went back on 2/23 and the gas had cut off to the pool heater (this happens at times in Indian Creek). As you know, we had a technician to repair the ice maker the first time, it was still not working so Peter went to the home and had to unclog the drain on the ice maker. I cannot tell you what day he did this on as you were not charged for it. I hope I have answered your questions.

| "The property was absolutely beautiful. I was able to accomodate my entire party. The house was spacious enough so we did not have to step on top of each other. The management however was not very helpful when we needed repairs and supplies. However, even with that the stay was excellent."

| "We spent 5 days at this vacation rental, and the property was perfect. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the house had a very comfortable feel to it. The Great Room was large enough for the entire group to spend time together. It was everything we expected and more!

| "The house was in a great location...we all loved being very close to Disney and that the house accomodated all 10 of us. We were very pleased with the service we recieved from the management property when they brought us another coffee maker when we discovered the one in the home was not functioning...the only thing that I really found was that the beds were rock hard but that did not take away from our good time...and also we were not able to take advantage of the wireless internet service...the property management attained the passkey for us but it did not work so we never were able to go online...We are definately looking forward to booking this same property again next year...Thanks again"
