"Hello, Jan,
we arrived safely back after a wonderful holiday. The house was just perfect, there were more than enough utensils oin the kitchen, and everything was clean upon our arrival. The house met and exceeded our expectations, and your service (communication, information) as well.
What we really liked:
- it was real fine that we could take the keys directly from the locker. I have heard from other people who rented other houses that they needed to collect the keys somewhere else.
- having a computer available for our use was perfect, no need to take own computer and very handy to keep in touch with friends.
- lots of information in the house (maps, restaurants...)
- nice decoration-We will recommend your house to friends and keep it in mind if we travel back to Orlando.

| "We booked this villa for our honeymoon in April 2008 - Florida seemed the ideal destination as we were bringing our 2 and half year old son with us. Although there was only 3 of us this time, the villa is HUGE!! It would easily accomodate a couple of families! Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived, the owner (Jan) had been in touch a few times before we had even left the UK to give us loads of advice about the parks and it meant a lot to us to stay in someones holiday home rather than just someones business.
The villa is beautifully decorated with lots of personal touches, its spotlessly clean, well maintained and very secure in a beautiful neighbourhood very close to Disney and all the other parks. The hot tub was heaven and the pool is huge!! (We had the pool heating for April, which I definetly recommend if you have little ones, it was like a lovely warm bath!)
The games room, though we didnt have time to use it, looked fantastic, it was also very handy to have internet access, especially for printing off directions to the parks and checking bank balance! There are 3 folders in the villa full of all the attraction leaflets, helpful tips and recommendations from the owner plus home delivery/restaurant/supermarkets information - There was also someone looking after the villa, close by incase we needed anything - we had such a brilliant time, the only regret is that we only stayed for one week!! Well be back again no doubt, theres so much more to do and I would definetly want to stay in Jansfloridavilla - thanks Jan for everything and making our honeymoon so special!!

My family (and extended family) stayed in Jan's Florida Villa for two weeks - Nov 06.
. My family and I are from N.Ireland. When we booked Jan really went out of her way to help us with other accomodation in the St.Petes area.
Overall - the villa was excellent
-- The villa was extremely clean.
-- Spacious.
-- We had young children, so were concerned about safety around the pool etc. There were alarms, pool covers, even stairgates.
-- Good Location, although you will need a car etc to get into Disney, I-Drive etc.
-- Equipment supplied, such as toys, pool furniture etc - excellant.
-- The villa is in a quiet, residential neighbourhood and we felt safe at all times.
-- Options such as computer use, free calls to UK etc were provided.
-- Large Publix and Walmart close by.

"Just wanted to say thank you again for allowing us to use your home. Of course, my kids and I knew what to expect but my husband and the other family were overwhelmed that everything we needed was at the house. We had a hard time getting the kids out of the house during the day and into bed at night. We will be back in contact with you for future rentals

| "This holiday villa was truly a brilliant place to stay. Jan made the booking process very easy and happily answered the many varied questions that I had both about the villa and anything else to do with the Florida area. The information pack that we received gave us all the details we needed and more and we knew exactly who to contact if we needed to. The villa itself was lovley and even though we had seen pictures of the villa inside and out we didn't quite realise how big all of the rooms were until we arrived. After a long day at the theme park it was heaven to return to this stunning villa and beautiful warm pool. I'd recommend the villa to anyone looking for a beautiful holiday home and a very friendly, and helpful booking process."
