| "We enjoyed our time to the maximum and definitely we will spend another holiday at this villa. I found the information that Andy (the villas owner) passed to me was very helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. I am very glad that I follow his advice and rented a car there. I used my Tom Tom after downloading the map of Turkey and I didnt have any difficulties in finding my way at all. The Villa is in a very good condition and is fully furnished. It has whatever you need to have a very nice holiday. Thank you Andy"

| "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a most pleasant villa with a shared pool just outside the front door, and excellent accommodation and facilities. Anyone staying here would need a car, but there are good restaurants within easy reach. It is well located for visiting some of the superb ancient sites of Asia Minor, for which Turkey is renowned. Neighbours around the property are friendly and helpful - it is a good place to relax."

| "Everything which has been said I agree with. The villa was spotless. Pleanty of towels etc....
Pool is outside the door and being on such a small complex the pool feels as it "belongs to you". The villa is on a steep hill and I would advise a car BUT the town restaurants will pick you up and take you home at the end the night...for free!"

| "I had an excellent time last July when I stayed in this villa. It has everything that you could possibly need to make your stay a pleasant one. The pool is right next to the villa and local shops, beach and restaurants are just 5 mins walk down the road. There are 2 fantastic water parks about 20mins away on the bus.
The owner answered all our question very promptly and arranged everything for us from airport transfers to having a cleaner call halfway through our stay at a very reasonable price.
I will definately be staying in this villa again in the near future."

| "The Villa is brilliant and has everything you need and is right next to the pool, the beach is only a 10 minute walk(on the way down). Would definately recommend a car as the villa is up a very steep unmade road."

| "The villa was immaculate with all the essentials and more that you would need for a holiday. The complex is very clean and well kept with very friendly neighbours. The hill to the villa is quite steep and unmade, so a rental car is a must or if you are fit then it should not prove a problem. I would definately go back to Kusadasi and would reccomend this villa if you want the lap of luxury on your holiday."

| "the villa is superb pool is nice people were very friendly and the owner was very helpful with any questions or problems we needed clearing up.I would recomend this property to anybody but would just add it would be useful to think about hiring a car"
