| "The house was lovely. Spotless. Plenty of space. Five adults stayed in this villa and we had loads of space. You would easily fit a family and more. Two lovely rooms for kids. We didn't spend much time in the house but it met all of our needs. Directions and key pick up were very straight forward. Location was nice and quiet, 20-30mins drive from everything (sounds like a lot but it's not). I would definitely go back."

| "Beautiful quiet location but convenient to the main highway with restaurants close by.
The villa is large with spacious bedrooms and living area and very well equipped for any family holiday.
The pool area was clean and well maintained with lots of floats & toys to play with.
I would recommend the property for a family holiday where you have all the luxuries of home away from home!

| "We were very impressed with the villa and its location. The villa both inside and outside was spotless. The pool was wonderful. It was excellent value for money.The management company were helpful and they wrre only a phone call away. The furnishings were very nice.
All the theme parks, shops and restaurants were near enough to the villa. We will definatley use the villa again and we will be recommending it to our family and friends."

| "This house is awesome. The pictures do not do this house justice. You have to see it in person to understand how nice this house is. There is ceramic tile throughout. All of the beds have new bedding. It is easy to clean and very well maintained. There is plenty of room for everyone and enough space for everyone to have their "quiet time" space. There is a living room and a "luxury lounge" that are separate. This was a great idea. We used the living room for the kids and used the luxury lounge for the adults so they we had a place in the evenings to wind down before we put our children in the pool. This was our yearly "family vacation". We had three adult women (Grandma and two daughters) and 4 (grand) kids and everyone loved it. We would definitely rent this villa again if we are in the Orlando area again.
Thank you very much for letting us enjoy your house on our "family reunion vacation".

"The property had everything you could wish for a real home from home. Close for all Disney theme parks which is a bonus when you have two 10 year olds eager to get out each morning.
The only comment was the light from the front window in the main bedroom ~ we called it our early morning alarm call."

In regard to the early morning light, we have placed a stained glass pattern in the front half-moon shaped window, to reduce the sunlight. We have also had a new venetian blind fitted to the door in the master-bedroom.

"When you go back to Florida I can recommend an excellent day out, that's if you haven't already done it, we went to swim with the dolphins at Discovery Cove next door to Sea World, its a really good day out you only get to spend half an hour with the dolphins but there is lots of other stuff to do, you don't need to take anything with you they provide everything even suntan lotion, you also get a 7 day pass to either Sea World or Busch Gardens included in the price. We booked online before we went at www.discoverycove.com it's something I have always wanted to do and we will definitely do it again in 2006.

You're house is absolutely fabulous. We thought it was perfect in everyway, it definitely has the "wow" factor and made our holiday special.

"The house was certainly a big plus part of the holiday (along with the 7 seat Dodge Caravan car we booked) and really came into its own our days off from the punishing schedule of visits to the Disney Parks! It was nice to be able to chill out by the pool and have lots of space to ourselves watching TV or whatever. We are used to Majorca type holidays with two bed apartments with everything geared up to families of four so as a family of five it was great having a bedroom each!
