| "The property was as good as we expected.
The situation in the village was great and the island was big enough to explore. We all loved it.
The beds were all very comfortable.
The bathrooms,especially the main one, were nice.
The appliances all worked well.
The lack of a lounge area was not a problem as we were very happy relaxing and socialising on the two patios.
We all had a fantastic holiday in Orange Grove House.

| "Excellent location, which goes a long way to deciding value for money.
We found the verandah a delight, and used it all the time - but there is really no other lounge area suitable for the 6 of us.
The property is overall very clean, but attention to detail, and to some maintenance issues, would improve its appeal.
We were a little disappointed by the downstairs bathroom facilities, but the first floor bathroom is outstandingly good.
We had a really enjoyable holiday, slept comfortably and well, and were reluctant to have to leave and return to UK."

| "'We loved staying in your house at Postira. The town was absolutely charming. It was marvellous to be right on the water front and so close to the shops for our supplies. | "Wow - what a lovely place. Super stone house with big cool rooms and a gorgeous shaded dining area. Throwing open the shutters in the morning and being greeted with the sparkling sea spreading out in front of us was far in excess of what we expected. Really lovely holiday home."

"The property was clean and tidy on arrival. The bathroom was excellent. The kitchen needs updating and some more basic equipment E.G. a kettle or proper coffee maker. The cooker was ancient and the electric rings did not work. The bedrooms and living areas are very nice and pleasantly simple. The bare floors and cream rugs look great The beds were average and it would be nice to have proper double beds rather than two singles pushed together. Guests need to be told that to get hot water the boiler switch in the basement room needs to be turned on. The location of the property is very nice and the village is friendly and unspoilt. We had a lovely week on the island which is very beautiful in late May/ early July. Beautiful sunsets !"

Since Mark from Bristol visited Orange Grove House we have bought new king-sized beds with matching bedside cabinets, and replaced furniture. The house has been completely repainted throughout, and we have upgraded the kitchen, including purchasing a new, full-sized electric cooker with rotisserie facility in the oven.

| "Lovely old stone house in the middle of the small seaside town. Large bedrooms but one small single room. Kitchen was decent and a lovely al fresco dinner table. It was great for having dinners outside. It was a great place to stay."
