| "The appartment was great with everything we needed, including parasols for the beach. The air conditioning was vital, and the fact that the cost was included was a bonus as we did not have to budget that into our costs. Very centrally positioned within Tolo and a very short walk to the beach. Also well positioned for shops and tavernas, without the noise from these in the evening. A relative of the owners lived underneath who was very helpful and friendly. I know we were forewarned about the hill, but it was steeper than expected for the last little bit, but it worked off all the lovely ice cream! The other warning we needed was the church bells. Unfortunately we were there shortly before a festival so they went off on quite a few days, not just Sunday."

"The property itself met our expectation, was comfortable, very well equipped kitchen, nice big balcony. If smth could be improved is air condition in a bedroom - was noisy and not working as good as the one in living room."

"need a new plug system for microwave. everything else awesome!!! neighbours v helpful and frindly too.immediately felt at home. Lots of useful local infomation especially enjoyed using the spring."

"What a wonderful time we've had in Tolo and traveling throughout Greece. Thank you for the lovely space on Tolo Bay. The accommodations were most comfortable and complete with all essential items for travelers to call it home.
We've visited a good part of the Peloponesse, met many wonderfully kind people and enjoyed eating out at lots of good restaurents. The weather has been most enjoyable- what more could one want?

| "The location of the apartment was great, with a child friendly beach down the hill (very steep, but worth it for the nice view from the balcony) and close to loads of ancient greek sites which were well worth a visit. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and had all the things that made it just that bit nicer eg a good TV, DVD and CD player, washing machine and microwave. There is a large balcony with good views of the sea. My only grumble was the sofa bed - no duvet provided and the sheets for it were for a single bed. It was really cold at night (we went in April) and so a duvet would be nice...

"The apartment has a very central position in Tolo, and it is very well furnished, with a nice view on Tolo bay.
It met fairly my expectations; I didn't like the fact that it is located on the hill (this particular was absent in the description), so it was very hard to come back home when it was very hot (for example on midday), even if the distance from the sea is short (I think about 3 hundred meters).
The other concern was parking the car: I was obliged to park just on the street that goes to the sea, generally very near to the beach (where a free park is located, that generally is full), so I had to climb the long ripid slope every time I returned home!!!
All the other aspects of my stay were very positive, the renter himself was very friendly."

We are very disappointed to hear that Giuseppe did not enjoy his stay 100% in our apartment, especially after receiving such positive feedback from our previous renters.
We would like to clarify that it does state on the first page of the VillaRenters website, that the apartment is situated half way up a short sharp hill so we are sorry that this was not noticed by Giuseppe.
Unfortunately we do not have allocated parking at the apartment, however it is not normally a problem parking on the nearby street or car park. all within 50m of the apartment. Please also note that it is not a problem to park at the apartment to unload suitcases or shopping by the front door.
Should future renters have any questions about the above two points, please do not hesitate to contact us.

| "The apartment was excellent. It had everything you need, washing machine, air conditioning, TV, stereo, DVD player. It was fantastic. We loved the balcony and enjoyed staying in Tolo. The apartment sleeps 4 very comfortably, and we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy Tolo or Nafplio."

| "Great apartment and location. We made many day trips to visit historical sites and found many good beaches in our travels. The apartment provided us with a home away from home! It is cozy and has everything one needs!
My family enjoyed our time in Tolo and we were sad to have to leave! Thank you James and Melissa for a great holiday rental accomadation!"

"24th November 2005
I'm writing to thank both James and Melissa on a job well done. The weather was quite cool and with rain coming down outside we spent plenty of time in the apartment. This was made enjoyable by the many things that make the place great; the comfortable lounge area, tv, dvd, book collection and climate control. It's the attention to detail that sets this flat apart from the rest. Youv'e spent a lot of time and effort and it shows. We have done a lot of travelling throughout the Greek Islands and no accommodation has impressed us this much.
