Just arrived back from El Rincon & have had a great time. The appartment was clean & well equiped with everything you need.We were well looked after by Chris who looks after the appartment.Everything is close by that you could need,so you wouldnt need a car although we did hire one.Only a 25 minute drive from Murcia airport so I wouldnt imagine a taxi would cost too much.On booking it does say some minor noise, but the worst we heard was actually from the plumbing purely because of how the Spanish build.Although we were 4 adults & a teenager I would say the property would also be wll suited to young families with its location opening out onto the shallower of the 2 pools.Any problems with local information or help & there were a number of permenant residents who are British who were more than willing to help,& they also make sure the standards are kept up.Plenty of choice of supermarkets & resturants although in the main commercial centre has a lot of empty units where buisnesss have been this is because of the recession. The nearest usable beach is a good 10 minute walk away at Playa Flamenca but this is well kept & well patrolled.I took a walk down there one day & 2 children got in difficulties the beach lifegaurd raised the alarm & then entered the water within a minute 4 more lifegaurds entered the water & the children were brought to safety. There is plenty to do & if you go a little further there are things like water parks. All in all a very enjoyable holiday.

value- 7 out of 10, overpriced by 20-30%
expectation- as expected quiet residential family area on site, beach a substantional distance & precarious.
description- good+
recommend- would describe area as family friendly but not for a sightseeing tourist, people who live permanently on site very helpful.
looked after- contact number left if any problems 10 out 10 tho not needed
(re recommend would discuss above)
Owner reply:
Thank you for taking the time to write a review...we welcome all our guest's opinions. I would just like to make a point regarding "value". Our seasonal rates are based on an annual survey which looks at similar properties on the same complex and properties in the surrounding area, and the average price attained is used as a guide when setting our prices. We do not charge extra for "unlimited" air-conditioning as many owners do, or levy an extra charge for post let cleaning, which is normally payable on departure. In balance we feel the comment regarding value is a little harsh and does not take into account other owner's hidden extras.

Fabulous apartment, big, spacious and modern. Restaurants, bars and beaches are all walking distance. Pool is wonderful and much needed during the hot season. Myself, husband and our 5 year old twins have been coming to this apartment since it was completed in 2006. Its a lovely place and loads to do nearby to keep the kids busy. Grat value for money, cant recommend enough!

We found the details by chance on the internet and we were extremely pleased with all aspects of this property and the service received from Chris.
The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and more than adequate for 2 adults and 2 16 year olds.
The location is good, near to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach.
If there was anything which could be improved - the beds! They are typical of Spanish type and I understand that people have been known to import from the UK!
